There's also (for next year) the Ferndale Color Run in June every year which kicks off Ferndale Pride! Not sure if that's the run you're talking about or not. I didn't know there were other ones in the area.

How funny, I've just done the same thing today, I have a hairline fracture on my big toe. Color Run is in 4 weeks so hopefully I'll be ok! DH is making fun of my shuffling about though!

Heh, so Mr. LP is a runner and was doing as many races as possible. He signed up for this and was feeling good that day...he won!...only to find out it was a fun run and not timed, womp womp.
