Wow! I didn't think it was until this weekend. Yay, Gamma Tau!

It looks like all the chapters are doing well!

This is the first time in years that it is not on Labor Day Weekend...evidently the reason is because the sororities are no longer in the dorm.

Epsilon Lambda, University of Central Missouri = 19!

There's a photo of Epsilon Zeta (Arkansas State) on FB but I can't figure out how to cut-and-paste photos to GreekChat posts. It looks as though they did well!

From FB: Zeta Theta - Lafayette College welcomed 32 new members this past Sunday! Quota +4 bringing total to 81! Now they're kicking off their shortened 3 week New Member Period.

(With a photo that I can't post.)

How does that even work??? I couldn't imagine doing everything in 3 weeks!

We had them in mind when we re-designed the new member period. It's not elegant, but it works. In their case, a lot of the new member education can happen during a new member retreat. They have definitely had assistance from VST and IHQ about how to make it work.

I used to oversee this chapter and they were actually really tiny and in jeopardy 7 or 8 years ago. It's wonderful to see that they've pulled themselves up by the bootstraps and maintained a great growth rate!

They don't do everything in 3 weeks. They do the most essential things and continue their programming after Initiation. With the way the Alpha Gamma Delta Experience is set up now, it is much easier for them to do this since it is geared toward learning throughout the collegiate years, not just while a new member.

Yay Lafayette!
