Most people have had acne problems before. I know I did. I put on makeup, took some acne medication, and got over it. It never stopped me from, you know, going to class or anything.

Again, what does her being a lesbian have anything to do with this?

*yawn* I'm bored

Perhaps you should look into a different line of work.

Try this:
What do you mean "shenanigans"? I don't understand. Do you think I'm lying?
If you want to be taken seriously, then don't write like someone too lazy to use basic things like punctuation. You might even see your GPA go up.

Yeah, I'm on the bs bandwagon now, too. BS or a definite need for remedial English classes and serious need for social skills.

In the sad event that this is real...
1. A 2.12 is a bad GPA. Period. Even on my campus where chapters took "grade risks" on occasion, I do not believe anyone would have taken a 2.12 college GPA no matter how much they liked the PNM. See what tutoring services are offered, find a course on study skills, and concentrate on the entire reason you are in college. THEN worry about extra activities.
2. Acne sucks. I had acne in high school. In fact, my face, chest, and back didn't clear up until my sophomore year of college. Instead of isolating myself, I chose to put on some make up, skip spaghetti straps, and hang out with people who weren't worried about my zits. Which, as it turned out, was most people.
3. Your roommate being a lesbian is neither here nor there. And if you didn't click, it probably is because like most people who get pot luck roommates, you didn't have anything in common. Also because you're apparently uncomfortable with lesbians.

ETA: Students who have decent or good GPAs do not skip class because they have acne, don't feel like going, or whatever other lame reason they could come up with. It is unlikely that a sorority will be willing to extend a bid to someone who does not go to class.

"Personal family problems" are now

1. I never studied
2. I had acne that magically cleared up in a semester
3. I have no friends
4. I know a lesbian

I forgot it was summer. All of the high school students have free time.

If this was the "You laugh, you lose" thread, I would have lost miserably four times over.

You might want to think about... oh, I dunno... STUDYING. For example, mathematics. 2.12 =/= 2.45. 2.12 + 0.05 = 2.17. 2.12 < 2.17 < 2.45 < 2.5. If a sorority's minimum GPA is 2.5, and your GPA is less than 2.5, you are not getting in.

blondebabe8 06-07-2011 09:45 PM

you all are some of the dumbest people ive ever heard of...so odd. i could say so many comebacks but im on a whole different level than you all its not even worth it. i know im right for a fact and completely justified and that is all.
