It sucks because Miss Grand Supreme Mississippi KD Beauty Queen Perp deleted all her posts (there was no such thing as QFP back in the day, kiddos.)

I wept for days over the loss of all those threads/posts because that was so crazy and people can't even go back and bear witness to it. lol.

Also: Don't forget "intimidated by my hotness."

She had to delete it, especially since she now has 3 kids. God forbid they ever find out their mother pretended to be a Kappa Delta. Dartmouth, one more illegitimate son, and finally -- a daughter to carry on the sick pageant legacy. We're talking scarier than T&T and LMP.

Even funnier is that people were all "OMGWTFBBQ she says she's a KD so whyyy are you guys being so mean and calling her a perp!!!!!" after several well-connected GC KDs (including women FROM Ole Miss) determined that she was a fake.

Didn't she try to change the story and say she pledged but never initiated after being outed?

Oh and don't forget, she was an "authorized Louis Vuitton purse dealer" as well.

Was it even confirmed that she was ever a student at Ole Miss? I thought she was a Highlander at MUW.

^^^Ha. I forgot about the MUW part! It was like a never-ending story.

Also, the LJ group used to be the place to be for GCers. Personal fave (though not QUITE as old school): The liltrixx/UCF/UNF saga.

She was the poster child for "the dumb stuff you do and say on the internet can ruin your recruitment."

Soliciting recs via LJ. Soliciting ritual. Gotta love it. They just don't make PNMs like they used to.

I feel special posting this: I originally joined in 2002 as ZTAMelissa and changed it in 2004 to my current name. I've gone through ups and downs on this site as some of you can attest to and remember, but at the end of the day I owe a large chunk of my non-ZTA Greek knowledge to this site, as well as fostering my love of all things fraternity and sorority, thus my entering into the graduate program for student development. Thanks GC :)

Old Schoolers can remember when the AI forum was a hotbed of controvery and craziness.

Like, anytime an AI-related thread was started, it was not unusal for it to get crazy enough to be locked/deleted.

Haha, I remember that. nittanyalum had to school me on why asking about AI was such a big deal.

I lurked for a while before I joined back in 2001. I remember the original site before John took over. It was called GreekSource. Yeah, I'm old school.

Yeah, Gamma Chi. LOL! I think I will make a shirt with that for old times sake.

Yeah, for sure i've seen the change in GC but change is good.
