ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT,
Cold Case,
and FlashForward.
But mostly Arrested Development.

Pushing Daisies
Firefly
Dollhouse
Kings - I think that if they had marketed this show a little differently, the ratings would have been much better. I loved this show.

October Road.
I loved the series but at least when it got cancelled they made a "closure" episode and there were no "well what happened to ___?!" questions.

I just started to rewatch pushing daisies on netflix. I freakin love Lee Pace and it makes me so sad it was cancelled.

Arrested Development. Fox, you SUCK.

I don't remember the name of this show but it was about a bunch of friends and one of them was murdered right before their 20 year HS reunion and each show was a year. They cancelled it after around 7 :(

Another vote here for Jericho. That was a show with a really interesting, unique and scary storyline, and it was just starting to really hit its stride when they cancelled it after just one season +. It was also one of the very few shows that my fiance and I would watch together.

'Til Death - a really funny show. Lots of dry wit and humor. It started out great, then they made a few cast changes towards the end and it just fell apart.

Legend of the Seeker - a LOTR-type show. This show was centered around looking for the 'Stone of Tears'. Has a great young cast. It was shot in New Zeland, I believe, so the outdoor shots were spectacular.

I don't know how "Til Death" lasted as long as it did. The first season was funny, then went down hill.

My husband watches LOTS (I'll have to tell him it's canceled). I can't get into it, because the main guy has a tiny little pin head while the chick in white has a normal sized head, and the chicks in red leather carry deadly curling irons.

The REAL reasons he watches: (not that I'm complaining)

I must stop using photobucket for gifs, they shrink them too much.

LOL @ those. I still say dude's a pinhead, and those leather chicks scare me!! I thought pinhead couldn't be with the chick whose white gown stays clean despite trudging through the forest for years? He's be enslaved to her. Boy, I know too much about the show.

I think they were mind controlled.

I don't know I stopped watching. It doesn't stay true to the books, which is good in some aspects because the Sword of Truth books weren't that good. Classics maybe but not that good. It's just kind of campy and fun.

Wizard's First Rule is the first one if you're at all interested.

I'm going back a little...

I would love to see Ironside & Newhart (Psychiatrist, not Innkeeper).

I liked the first couple of SoT books, then it got really bad afterward lol.

Well it was a good story and then the characterization started to bug me. I've started to become more particular about how female characters are written and portrayed (and by started I mean like years ago).

Kind of like Heinlein, I like his stories, but the man can't write a good female character to save his life - they all are (or want to be) barefoot, pregnant and possessing multiple PhDs.

(but that's another story never mind)

Chick in the white gown is the Mother Confessor. If she touches Richard (pinhead dude), then he'll be devoted to her forever. It is more important for Richard to find the Stone of Tears -his quest as the True Seeker.

Chicks in the red leather are Mord S'ith. They are women who were stollen as girls and forced to grow up as lean, mean, fighting machines!!! Can you imagine if you got a bid to their group. Talk about infractions and hazing!! NPC pun intended!! :p

Yeah, I really got into this show more than I thought I would since I was never really into the D&D, LOTR, medieval period type shows / books.

Oh, and Darken Rahl, pinhead's brother, ain't that bad to look at either!!

WinniBug 07-09-2010 09:00 PM

Gilmore Girls!
Joan of Arcadia
Moonlight
Ghost Whisperer

I just started watching Past Life and The Listener
