Someone gave me gator jerky but it tasted eerily similar to beef jerky so I'm not sure what to make of it... |

I think I tend to gross people out sometimes, because I love my french fries with mustard. I mean, I literally drown my french fries with mustard. It's funny because whenever I go out to eat with someone I've never been out with, they look at me like I'm nuts as they keep watching me pour on more and more mustard on my french fries. Yummy.:p |
A couple of months ago I tried marrow for the first time. It was at a French restaurant, of course (seems to be where all of my most "exotic" eating experiences are). Anyway, it was nasty. The waiter advised me to eat it with some of the bread on the table, or with some of my beef. I couldn't taste it apart from the meat, but the texture was awful! Jelly-like. I tried a couple small bites but then decided I had given it my all, so we boxed it up and took it home to see if the cats would eat it. Nope.

PEACHES! Swear to God! I hate the taste, the texture, the smell, the color! Actually I hate most fruit in general but peaches just plain gross me out! |

I am not a huge fan of just peaches, but I will trade my left arm for a piece of my grandma's peach cobbler (pretty much the only "sweet" food I can stand). |
In general, and not just the fruit. I was told I had to wear a peach dress in the May Procession when I was in eighth grade and I flat out refused in front of my teacher, my classmates and my mom. My mom knew how much I truly hated anything peach and I ended up wearing a white dress with a pink sash, since I was first attendant.

Unless you've actually cooked/prepared an acorn for consumption, don't eat one. Ever.
And be glad I warned you. Because, ya know.. I'm sure everyone here has been dying to try one... |
I had a friend in high school that was Filipino and his graduation party was all Filipino food and a whole roasted pig. I had pig brain (which tasted like chicken) and this dish called dinuguan basically pig intestines in ox blood, it was delicious. I would have never tried it if I knew what it was and I'm really glad I did.
I can't stand cooked bell peppers the smell makes me want to vomit. |

weirdest thing I've ever eaten was donkey salami. It was actually good. They sold it in the Lion Stores up in Garland-years ago.
Something I know I don't want to eat again-chitlins and flan-blech! |
