I need to start watching "How I Met Your Mother." I've seen 2 or 3 episodes of it but I need to get caught up on the back stuff.

"How I Met Your Mother" is funny, but "The Big Bang Theory" is the FUNNIEST.

The preview did not induce laughter from me. William Shatner is funny in small doses; I don't want a whole show of him.

I agree, Shatner is funny when reading Sarah Palin's book on Conan, not funny in large doses. And I don't feel like the twitter is actually worth having a show for.

Interesting. While I knew I only had two nights a week that were "must watch" tv nights for me (Thursday and Sunday), I never realized that I also only watch two networks. CBS= Amazing Race, Survivor. ABC=Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters, Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice. Weird. I will occasionally watch The Bachelor(ette), usually near the end, and sometimes American Idol (near the end too). I DVR Ghost Hunters, but they don't follow a typical schedule.

So, all my shows are still around this time and all are in the same slots. Works for me. I might have to check out Detroit 1-8-7 to see what that's about. I'm assuming it's filmed here? They are filming so much here now it's hard to keep track.

I forgot to mention that I LOVE Fox Sundays. But that's pretty much (in addition to my previous post) all the network tv I watch b/c I usually forget to watch L&O SVU on NBC since it reruns like crazy on USA.

Why are they moving Survivor to Wednesday nights? I prefer Wednesday, actually, but after 20 seasons, it seems like an odd move.

19 seasons actually. The first season was Wednesday at 8 IIRC.

First off ABC sucks big time! I'm so tired of stations cancelling shows without really giving them a chance. First Fox cancelled Sarah Connor Chronicles last year and now ABC has cancelled Flash Foward (oh but they have kepted V).

Now Fox, who has their cash cow of Glee, is moving Glee's time (again) midseason. Seriously, just pick a damn day and time and LEAVE IT THERE!!!!

Thank God NBC didn't cancel Law & Order SVU.

Question: is it just me or does the line up seem pretty sucky next fall?
