PDP-H

Thanks for including Phi Delta Psi - H, although they aren't incorporated, they were the first latino greeks to come to Penn State in 1992, they also help found MGC here and were the first Latino frat {here at least} to be included in the IFC.

I found them cruising the internet one day. I wonder why they never expanded? Maybe they want to stay local?

My boyfriend is the current President, so I may be a little biased. They do want to expand, it's just a slower process when you're in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania. Penn State also has some inconsiderate rules regarding local orgs, so without a council it's not as easy to expand either. Regardless, they have a good influx of members, albeit small, they are really known in the community.
