To be on time for work every day for a whole week - I have 52 chances LOL
Oh, and to get back in my workout routine and go to the gym consistently! |
work less and play more
save more $$ so I can go part time in 3 to 5 years concentrate on running more, had part of my back fused last year which really disrupted my running routine learn to forgive myself for things I cannot control dance more |
I've made a new one for myself (in addition to my previously posted few).
I'm going to make myself a cookbook! I've been meaning to do it for a while but I start gathering recipes on labels of stuff or scraps of paper and then they end up getting lost or thrown away, but this year I want to compile all of my stray recipes into a nice, neat book :-) |
Ooh! I started taking a picture of something random + a picture of myself every day starting on New Years Day, then I saw TPA's post about Project 365. Yay! So far my pics are: Me and 2 friends on New Years, my dad on the lift while skiing, a chair lift + mountain, a goofy pic of my dad pretending to lift a heavy block, and a hat I just finished knitting.
Yay! ETA: Ok, I changed my last picture of the day cause it was lame. I took a picture of this chili sauce I used in the dinner I made tonight cause it was excellent! Oh, I'm gonna bump the "What's for Dinner" thread... |
How did I miss this thread?
Copy + Paste: Firstly, I want to raise my GPA by a lot. I need to devote more time to my humanities classes which are the ones bringing down my GPA. Although they do not relate to my major, they're still a part of my school's curriculum and I need to do well in them. For the first time, I don't have any classes in my major this semester, so this will force me to do well in the humanities. Secondly, start eating healthy again like I was at the start of 2009. I have the will power, I just have to see it through instead of stopping at summer like I did this year. Thirdly, start hitting the gym again. The same thing happened with working out as it did with eating healthy. For this, though, I need to find extra motivation so I just don't sit around at the gym for 30 minutes when I could be doing a ton of other things. That's what we have Brothers for! And then maybe I'll be able to hit the 5k with a few of our other Brothers. :D Finally, I want to see the plans I have set out for Member Development really help our Brothers and turn into something great in 2010. :D I want to hit the gym every weekday (or at least do some kind of workout outside the gym on days I don't make it there). |
