You have no idea how annoying it is to update the thing sometimes... the thread is SOOOOO long with all the vB code! Plus when I have to add a new sorority I always check the national website to make sure I'm using the right colors and then I have to alphabetize the GLOs by Greek letter... LOL. I am psychotic about this thread but I looooove our new members!

AGD has new members but none that seem to post on GC!:(

I finally know the happiness and excitement that I have read others feel for the last couple years as I've read the rush threads. When I read the thread about York College and saw that her friend went Phi Sigma Sigma the hugest smile broke out on my face. It is an awesome feeling and I hope that all the rest of the NPC groups that aren't represented will get the same chance to feel that emotion.

Although Greek Chat is a few years old (not sure how many, lol). Many of the discussion boards have definitely outpaced the others..for example Greek Life, Rush, and ChitChat.

As pnms are learning about how to handle college, we GC'ers, for the most part, are probably alumnae??? We are, hopefully, learning the good and not-so-good ways to encourage successful and continuous Greek involvement, no matter if collegian or alumnae.

Since many of these threads will be lost way down the last-posted lists, we are definitely learning what to do and not do when next year's formal rush season starts preparation.

So, ladies and gentlemen, as you are progressing into your next phase (whatever it is), please take the best advice and wishes that GC has to offer, but remember the final outcome depends on you and your campus organizations. Something that has a definite effect as to what happened with a particular org on a particular campus this year may be completely different in the future. :)

I didn't rush, but I COB'ed as a sophmore to Gamma Phi Beta two weeks ago at Loyola-New Orleans.
