During the fire, she was talking about leaving town; but I doubt that will happen now.

I hope Courtney takes the money (10 million I think) and leaves the show cause everyone who watches GH hates her. Does anyone have any ideas/theories about what happened to Nickolas or Zander? Dead, Alive?

Nicholas is alive and Zander is dead.
I think it was Zander's body in the boiler room.
However, I have no clue how Nic escaped.

nikolas is around somewhere, maybe helena has him, her reaction to his so called death isnt what a normal reaction would be. But i love seeing the storyline cuz it really give Natalia Livingston (Emily) a chance to shine. I think shes doing an awsome job.

Yes, but soaps are the only "reality" in which it's okay to hope for and be happy about people dying and/or coming back from the dead, without it being psychotic. ;)
