My dad just called me to tell me my grandmother (his mother) had passed away during their spring break trip. He was surprisingly calm. I don't know how to feel right now...

My grandma and I were VERY close while I was growing up, so I thought I would be rolling around the ground in tears and agony. I teared up for a few minutes and then immediately started thinking about the good times we shared.

I know it's not really a "problem" to think about the good, but it momentarily made me feel like I was heartless for not feeling more.

So apparently my grandmother decided to go to SC to visit a ill family member, and nobody has seen or heard from her for close to a week. I am freaking out a bit as I'm sure you can imagine.
