Did anyone see the Jon & Kate + 8 Go Green special on Sunday? For someone who was getting hooked up with solar panels, Kate was a major B to the entire crew.

Jon was caught with another woman (well kind of). ICK. I hope he's not cheating on Kate and being a scumbag. Granted Kate's way overbearing, but I really like their family.

Ah, you beat me to it!

Can you imagine the A$$ chewing Jon got over that one????

I definitely do not condone any type of infidelity, and I really want to believe that Jon is making good choices, but I can certainly see how he is most likely under a tremendous amount of stress. I hope that he can find a way to reduce that stress or develop good ways of dealing with it.

Has it been confirmed who this lady is? Cause y'all know 1/2 of Jon's family is white, it could have just been a relative or a friend.

Goodness, the man can't even get in the car with someone without people think he's cheating.

Do you often go out in bars without your wedding ring with "family"? Jon has released a statement, and said she is just a friend.

Okay, smartypants - WOULD you go to a bar without your wedding ring with a family member and leave in the wee small hours??

gee_ess 04-30-2009 11:32 PM

There is a time and a place for Jon's behavior, and it is before he got married and had 8 kids.

Sorry Jon, this is the grownup world. You don't get to carry on like an unmarried man.

Even if this is fairly innocent (i.e. it is really a friend) appearances matter. What he appears to be doing is, getting drunk, running around with single women and cheating on his wife. What he may actually be doing could be different, but it doesn't matter now.

Someone once gave me some good advice and a way in which to measure either your behavior or someone else's : One goof up can be excused as a mistake. More than one looks like a pattern.

Oh baby YOU got what I NEED
but you say he's just a friend, but you say he's just a friend

That got stuck in my head.

Jon needs to man up and divorce her because he's obviously miserable being married.

Because it's no big deal to pay a ZILLION DOLLARS worth of child support.

SWTXBelle 05-01-2009 07:36 AM

Joint custody? I would HATE to think of those children being with Kate alone for the majority of the time. But the kids may well be a reason they don't divorce - that, and the money train would probably come to a slammin' stop.

Poor kids either way. :(

Just to play devil's advocate- my husband plays basketball every Monday night with a bunch of guys at church. He takes his ring off before he goes. After basketball, they usually go to a local dive bar for a few beers.

He has forgotten to put his ring back on the nex morning. So maybe, Jon took his ring off for some reason and just forgot to put it back on?

Exactly; I tend to take mine off when I'm working out or cooking. Plus, some guys just don't wear their rings for whatever reason, or don't wear them all the time.
