I didn't dread going into work when you were on your two week vacation. I really don't know how to deal with you.

I work in Social Services, so it's RARE that we get laid off, but it could happen. The problem is that VA spent a lot of money when it had surplus funds due to the housing market, but since that's taken a nosedive, the State has had to readjust some things. :(

and stop paying people who walk in off the street a better salary than people who have been here for years and are already trained. :mad: THAT IS the only reason why people keep LEAVING to go to other counties to do the same thing.

Teamwork goes both ways. Or at least it is supposed to be. If I am promoting your programs, you should be promoting mine.

When the two of you go off for coffee together, you might as well leave at the same time, instead of "timing it" so that you leave 2 minutes apart. We've all suspected since March 2007 that the two of you are having an affair, so stop insulting our intelligence. Just leave together. Yeesh.

Just because you have Dr. in front of your name doesn't give you the right to treat us like children. We all know that you couldn't do your job without us and the more you talk down to us, the less we want to help you. Let us direct patient traffic and don't go up front unless we tell you to.

Who holds an eval at 6pm at night? I don't care if we did lose 2 kids. If the child is in my room, I think you would have scheduled it during daylight hours? And I'm really thrilled that YOU accepted a child that has separtation issues and let her start Tuesday and then let this other girl start today. Do I even have a say over what goes on in my room? If I don't, then why am I there? If you want to cram kids in there, then you come back and teach them? At least it will get you out of the office.
