I'm watching CFC, and I do understand that a lot of people are out of shape and want to get in shape and also loose weight, but Angie Stone has way to many excuses. Yes I understand that she has a heart problem, but she doesn't even attempt it seems to workout....I don't know but she really needs to get it together for real. She made a statement that when she couldn't breath she thought of her 2 kids, well then she really needs to think about her kids and get it together...I can't believe that with all that she has going on with her health that she smokes. I think that I am coming down on her right now because she does always have excuses, and I don't like excuses just like Harvey...he he he.

LOL @ Kiml122.... Harvey should make her learn "Excuses". ;) I'm mad that she doesn't see that she's full of excuses. If your heart condition and the desire to lose weight/get healthy are that serious, use Dr. Ian to help you. Go to another doctor to customize it. Make things happen; don't say what's impossible. I kinda hope that Angie leaves because she is wrecking my nerves with her lack of commitment. And who in the hayle smokes before going on a hike???

This episode made me like Ted Lange more. Say what you will about the brother, but he is real. I still can't believe he said what he said about Angie during the challenge, but most of the audience was thinking it. I would rather say I love him, but his beard at weigh-in was not working.

@ JOJAPeach, when Ted called Angie a B, I gasped. I just wonder why his hair is still black/brown but his beard is gray with zig zag designs.

Soror CT4 & jojapeach I'm glad that you both commented because I was starting to think that maybe it was just me because I know how I feel about excuses and then I was thinking that I was coming down on angie to hard in my own mind, but you 2 both confirmed it for me....swhe is for sure a waste. I mean for real get it together. No she doesn't need to eat egg whites for the rest of your life, but damn it you need to loose some serious weight and get your health in order, and learn to eat the right way before you start taking liberties and eating all kinds of things.

OMG when Ted called Angie a "B" I was no more good, but it's true he said what everyone else was thinking. I'm saying she is acting like she didn't know what this show was about. I would think that with all the healthy issues that she has that she would really take advantage of being paid to be on tihs show and find a healthy way to loose weight and get motivated to exercise. As you can see Vinny was scared shytless because of the bypass heart surgery and you see that his azz works out like he is suppose to.

What Vinny didn't realize is that he and Bone are giving large amounts of weight to loose because they need to loose more weight. Todays ep was off the chain.

Going back to flava of love.....was anyone else so mad he took Krazy to KFC. ? That was pure comedy.

Angie, just walk on a treadmill, kick in the incline and walk at 3.0 and it will be akin to that hike they took yesterday. She threw everything she could into the reason why the hike was hard for her -- snakes, weeds, congestive heart failure. I was like girl, you are from Columbia, South Carolina -- QUIT PLAYING with me.

It was going to be either KFC or Red Lobster. Since they did RL last season, it was KFC's turn. It was very romantic how he had the whole place shut down for them, yet, they still went to the counter to order. Romantic, I tell ya!:p

Angie was a mess last night. While I'm not a 'big girl', I have struggled with weight loss. Only recently have I truly committed to doing better and getting healthier. While I realize how difficult it can be, she has no reason not to improve. Usually I have a hard time picking a chicken salad when everyone around me is having lasagna. However, here she is surrounded by people with a similar goal. She should be taking this motivation and running with it. Additionally, what is the point of signing up for the show and then not even trying? I was really disappointed in her. I had hoped that she would prove Vinny wrong, but...I guess not.

As for Ted, I was kinda disappointed in him calling her a b!t@h. I feel like disrespecting someone else (whether they deserve it or not) is akin to disrespecting yourself. Sometimes its just nice to see someone have minimum standards for themselves.

Flava of Love: Toastee you got caught up in the gossip and played yourself. It was like she wanted to be liked by the other girls and bring some good gossip, but that was foolish. Well telling another girl in the house your secrets was foolish to start with. Trying to play the girl that you shared said secret with was just the icing on the foolishness cake. So sad. Hope your parents and friends knew about Natalia.

What I like most about the way this situation played out is that Nibblez did not go to Flav with the fact that Toastee was spreading untrue (?) rumors about what happened between them (to the other girls), but instead went to him (directly) with Toastee's stuff. She played the game better than Toastee ever could have.

Most of Columbia is SURROUNDED by country, especially where my stepdad is from. Everybody has said want I wanted to say. Angie, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!! :mad: :mad:

Vinnie: I understand that you want to defend Angie, but some people can not be defended, especially if they don't work to defend themselves.

FOL: If I was Crazy, I would be pizzed that Flav took me to KFC but took Delicious to the strawberry fields.

Toastee/Nibblez: Toastee, you got what you deserved. Don't be spreading around rumors where the truth is coming back to haunt you. I also wonder how Flav felt when he found out what started the whole thing inthe first place.

Dance competion: Is it me or the first team should have won? :confused: I think Flav was concertating on finding Ms. New Booty. :p
