They cranked the heat in my office today. Again.

I'm so glad I'm home, where the ambient temperature isn't high enough to hard boil an egg.

If I wasn't still in school and I wasn't finishing said work in my PJs, you could not PAY me to still be up at 1:30 AM with a backache. OMG.

But I'm gonna curl up warm and cozy with Locke's Treatises and finish up the reading and notes for tomorrow's class...and battle sleep.

I'll probably lose. No quiz yet, though...but I still wanna be done with the darn thing. :(

i'm just plain tired

stupid phone company, and now I don't even get to pick out the hold music....tomorrow I will do something devious with that like make it play 80's hits or whatever

Even with half my class out today due to the cold weather, it feels like this day was the longest ever. UGH

I taught from 7:30 this morning until 3:00 this afternoon. Now, I have to stay for Open House FROM 6PM-8PM.

PARENTS!!! FIGHT THE POWER!!!! BAN OPEN HOUSE NIGHTS AT SCHOOLS!!!

Half days are friggin' awesome.

Hardley anyone is at night school tonight because its so cold out. I'm stuck here watching 3 people do their work. And I'm bored. So very bored.

I'm having a hell of a day, and just want to go home and stick my head under the covers. First, Wachovia is pissing me off to no end. At this branch they are total idiots. :eek:

Then I actaully get into the office, to find out that the checks we were expecting are being held up by the IRS, until possibly tomorrow. That means I have many people calling, expecting their refund today, and what do I have to do? :rolleyes: Tell them "The IRS is experiencing technical difficulty, and we may possibly have them in later today or tomorrow..." ugh. :mad:

I'm so ready for the day to be over. My kids are being awful and not listening. My coworker (hence my complaint in the other thread) is driving me INSANE. And then we have "spring literacy night" so I'm stuck here until 7.

All I wanna do is go home, watch some General Hospital and tonight some CSI.

I really need a personal day!

I just had a psycho methed up girl come in here, and try to reach over my desk and look in the drawers. I had to pick up the phone to call 911 to get her to leave. :eek:

I'm ready to go home. :o This is enough drama for the day. :(
