Q. 32 DDD 35 Four legacies!

Alpha Delta Pi closed at Villanova in 2010 per the article I just posted in the 2010/2011 Colonies thread. The chapter was present from 1995-2010. The article states it was present for 15 years at the bottom.

The Phi Sigma Sigma colony at Sonoma State University (CA) has recruited 115+ women.

Kappa Kappa Gamma at UC Santa Cruz has 22 new members. I'm pretty sure quota was 20. I think both Kappa and Gamma Phi will have to COB in the coming weeks to get up to campus total.

Oh, and one legacy!

The Chi Omega colony at Loyola Chicago has somewhere in the mid 90s of new members. 95 if I'm not mistaken.

I'm very confused by this. 1-why would a campus set quota with only 1 sorority, and then 2-how could they not make quota? I'd like to hear more about this... maybe the "quota" is a maximum allowed or something? Is this politics of some sort?

The campus has several local sororities. Irishpipes does not include the locals in her listings (this isn't the only school like that) because unless a member of that group is on GC, there is no way to find out accurate numbers.

aaaaah. This makes much more sense. I didn't mean to call attention to a less than quota recruitment, but without the rest of the picture this was seriously confusing. My campus didn't have any locals, so it never occurs to me that they exist.

This was their first formal recruitment since installation.
