As for the hair, I don't think she looks bad. |
I don't think that Tyra looks bad either. Looks fine to me. And I'll believe the Simpson break up when I see it. According to the press they've already broken up like 50 times. Plus in the same article their rep. says it's not true. So I guess we'll see

So sad...
NEW YORK - Add Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and his wife to the growing list of celebrity bust-ups. Edmonds and his wife Tracey issued a statement Wednesday announcing the end of their marriage after 13 years.
They have two young children. The pair said they had already been unofficially separated "for quite some time." "It is with deep regret that we announce our permanent separation. We remain best friends," said the couple, who have also produced movies and television shows together, including "Soul Food." "(We) will continue to work together in our companies, and our various business ventures," the statement said. "More importantly, we are parents of two wonderful children, and will continue to provide a loving, caring and stable environment for them." Besides his career as a best-selling crooner with hits including "Whip Appeal" and "Change the World," Edmonds has also written top hits for Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Bobby Brown and others. |

I actually PAID to have my hair "done" that way to "wear" like that until a few days later when they were undone and the "true style" was the curly fro hairstyle (absolutely beautiful). I thought of it as two styles in one and never even thought about not going in public that way. I could go to the gym and work my butt off without worrying, etc. She also looks like she has some "bun action" in the back to make it look more like a "style" versus an "I'm just wearing my stuff like this until I untwist it and THEN you gon' see what's up" style...like me. I did feel a little "two days fresh out the pen-ish" at first but I got so many compliments I was like "okay den." When I untwisted them it was ON! |
^^
I live south of L.A., but I don't do the "throw s*** on" look when I come to L.A. to shop. Usually, my clothes and hair are pretty neat. If it's warm, I don't put makeup on, but that's because my skin is still oily (although I'm 41 now) and I don't want to run to the powder every 15 minutes to a half hour, LOL. And as for the Gucci, I haven't been to the store so I can't test that theory. I am planning to go into the Hermes store in B.H. later this month, but I won't rock my Birkin reps. |

DNA exonerates Snipes in paternity suit
DNA exonerates Snipes in paternity suit
NEW YORK (AP) — A paternity lawsuit against Wesley Snipes was dismissed after a DNA test determined that another man was the father. Family Court Judge Mary Bednar dismissed the lawsuit Thursday. It was filed in 2002 by a woman identified by one of Snipes' lawyers as Lanise Pettis. The woman, who didn't attend the brief proceeding, alleged she had sex with Snipes in a Chicago crackhouse and that he was the father of her 3-year-old son. She was represented by the New York City Law Department, which said in a statement that an investigation by the city "was able to establish that, in fact, he was not the father. As a result, the city has moved to dismiss the case against him today." Story continues |
