That first show that reeled us in and kept us watching for 15 years. Do you realize that people who will start college in the fall would only have vague memories (if any) of life without ER?

Thank god for DVR!! The b/f's parents may be coming into town tonight so I'll make sure not to read this thread until I watch it!

I haven't figured out how to DVR since we got FIOS. So, I put the world's hugest guilt trip/"hint" on the boy, since I know he can. :D

I'm stopping at the store on the way home to stock up on tissues!

I just realized that I was 8 when ER first came out.....I used to sneak peaks of it when my parents would watch before they said I was old enough to watch it....

The retrospective itself is amazing - so many episodes I had half-forgotten! Dr. Pratt dying, the murderer Dr. Green let die... did Dr. Carter really that baby face?

I'm already a mess.

That makes two of us. I am not ready for this show to end at all!

I'm a little sad. My mom watched this show every week for 13 years. Sad to see it's over.

I am in tears. It was so sad to see it end. Pretty good final show. I loved that they brought Rachel Green back & we got to see the start of her medical career, in her father's "house".

What was everyone's most favorite ER moment? The retrospective brought back a lot of good memories!

I boo-hood throughout the past two hours. It was neat to see Rachel "fixed" after all :)

I enjoyed the retrospective...so many episodes I had forgotten about yet remember watching. Pratt's death still gets me - when he's bleeding, has a tube down his throat, and that tear runs down his cheek because he knows he's dying. I would've liked to see more coverage of all the guest stars they've had on the show...if you go to IMDB and look up the show, it reads like a Who's Who of Hollywood.

I was severely annoyed by all of the Southland ads. We get it, NBC, you have a lot riding on Southland and you REALLY want us to watch it. But after harrassing us with so many ads, I'm tempted to not watch it just to spite you!
