We read each other's boards, so no you should not post the same topic on multiple boards--it's considered spamming.

But more importantly, you expressed interest in pledging a sorority (which in and of itself is a no-no, because none of us pledge anybody) and you expressed that on two different sorority boards. It implies an interest in THAT sorority. So someone will read it on the DST Boulevard and infer that is your interest, and then go to AKA Avenue and think "whoa!"

So a better place for your thread would have been on one of the other general forums on GC like Greek Life.

Hi, since I have posted a few times here, it was suggested that I (formally) introduce myself. I somehow stumbled upon GC, but am pleased that this resource is available to non-members as well. The topics here are quite diverse and rather interesting, to say the least. I greatly appreciate the supportive atmosphere and I look forward to learning more as my time here progresses.

After lurking for a while, I finally decided to register. I recently applied for membership in Delta Sigma Theta, with less than desirable results.:( But after some real soul searching I had to remember that pursuing membership in DST (or any BGLO!) is to be taken as a marathon-not a sprint. With that, I want to say, that I am really glad to find this site and look forward to the already lively discussions with everyone! Any the advice is definitely welcome and certainly appreciated.
