Gamma Theta at Long Beach State was 42 and they reached quota with 42.

Our new colony at FIU got 78 new members!

Epsilon Eta has 11 new baby doves!

Gamma Eta has 28 new baby doves!

Upsilon got quota+, or 32 new baby snakes!

Delta Alpha chapter got 18 new baby doves.

Zeta Nu chapter got 21 new baby doves.

Delta Upsilon got 74 new baby doves.

Theta Upsilon at BGSU got Quota of 16 plus another 4 through informal, putting us at a lovely 20 baby dovies =]

Beta Epsilon got 41 baby doves this fall.

Gamma Lambda got 29 lovely ladies.

Total on campus is 60- KB is at 73/74ish

Quota at Upsilon (Oregon State) was 30... and we got 32!! We have not done so well in YEARS!
Unfortunately, two girls did not show up for bid day (they admit they were joking themselves with recruitment, ughhh.), and two depledged (one had an overcontrolling boyfriend and the other had a lot of commitments). That still left us a full 28 girls to initiate- almost twice my pledge class :D

Has anyone heard anything about colonization at Clemson and how it is going? I am planning to go Saturday for prefs.

I went to the first meeting last night... at least 200 girls showed up, every seat was full :) We'll see how many come back tonight, but there's a lot of excitement about it on campus. We've been needing a new sorority!

I have no clue anymore how many girls are rushing, new girls show up every night!! The alumni I talked to today said they were even stunned by the numbers. I do know that at least 200 signed up for personal interviews, which you have to do to be invited to pref. Pref invites are 11-1 tomorrow, then pref at 1:30, then invites for initiation 5-7. Then we'll finally find out how many girls they're taking, since they won't tell us :)

I'm just curious but are you a Sigma Kappa or a PNM? Either way, it's exciting. Keep us updated! :)

I went to prefs today, and they gave out bids to more than 100 girls. I think the actual number was 128, but there were some girls who couldn't be there today. The girls were so cute, and thrilled to get their bids during the party. The colonization team did a great job.

How exciting! I'm thrilled for all of our new baby doves!

Does anyone know how Kappa Eta did in recruitment this past fall?

Epsilon Chi got 52 new members through Spring '09 Formal Recruitment. Quota was 51.

Upsilon just pledged 8 women from informal recruitment :D

wow, 128 at Clemson! Is that how many went through formal pledge? When is initiation?

Do you have any news on Irvine? I've been busy & wasn't able to help out as I had hoped so my news is limited.

Initiation at Clemson is in April - I am thinking around the 25th.
