What the hell is with the slashes?

I thought it was just me since no one else had mentioned it!

She's posting from an anonymous proxy server, no doubt in an attempt to keep trolling when she gets banned again. The slashes are some kind of software bug that crops up when you type an apostrophe; I've seen the same thing in troll posts at other sites.
