I bite or pick at my nails.
I'm trying to stop. I put acryllic on my nails so I'd learn to appreciate what it's like to have beautiful nails. I had them on for about a month and when I took them off my nails were really weak. So, I carry a nail file on me at all times. And, I've gotten really good about not biting or picking at them just because I would love to see them long and beautiful again.
