ISU - Alpha Gamma Rho has to be one of their 'best' houses.

Being that we're in Midtown Atlanta and space is limited, most of Tech's houses are dinky compared to the amazing things I'm seeing in this thread. Probably the most impressive one we've got now is Lambda Chi's house (http://www.gtlambdachi.org/menu&house.html), which was finished I think Fall '05.

MaryAmanda, EN is supposed to be about done with their new house. Have you been by on campus? Is it done?

That is the link (with pictures) of the new Sigma Nu house at GA Tech. It's the website of the company that built it. |

The AXiD and the LXA houses look nice also! |
Can someone please post a pic of ZTA's old house at Univ. of OK? I remember when I was a NM and I thought that was the prettiest house of all - it was white with pillars and up on a hill I think. I read somewhere on GC that another group has the house now but I don't remember who - Phi Mu I think? Anyone have a pic to post - that house should definitely be on this thread!

The Sigma Chi house at Tech is cool, too.

We have a thread on houses, here. Be sure to read about "The Rock House" - Upsilon Chapter!
Some of my favorite ADPi houses: Zeta Omega (adpiucf's chapter!): http://www.alphadeltapi.org/uploads/...anager/175.jpg I just love the diamond with the lion! Eta Pi - sigh!: http://www.alphadeltapi.org/uploads/...anager/167.jpg Epsilon Pi (BBelleADPi's chapter!) - be still, my heart!: http://www.alphadeltapi.org/uploads/...anager/166.jpg and on Bid Day: http://www.alphadeltapi.org/uploads/.../photos/51.gif |

right. the former zeta house at u of oklahoma is more a tudor style as irish pipes said. it was not on a hill that i can remember-pretty flat area of town, but a pretty house none the less.
could it be the alpha gamma delta house you were thinking of-i think their house has big white pillars? |
|
Ad by the way, they recently repainted the Alpha Phi house at OU as part of the renovation for their recolonization. I thought it was really prettier the old way - when it was white. It used to be one of my favorite houses at OU.
|
Well now I'm not sure, lol. I just remember looking through the houses as a NM on the website and seeing a big white house with pillars up on a hill and I thought it was in OK but I guess not... anyone have a clue?
P.S. Those ADPi houses are amazing!!! WOW!!! |
I don't know of any houses at OU that sit on a hill. Hell, I don't remember any hills in Norman
|
As far as other GLOs
Alpha Xi Delta's house at IU is hella nice http://www.indiana.edu/~alphaxi/ here is the house tour link http://www.indiana.edu/~alphaxi/ |
WOW - that Alpha Xi house is bigger than my first dorm!

Alright, we need to see the house for A-Phi's chapter at OK - all this talk has me curious!!!
|
The thread is just for your vote for Your GLO's or Other GLO's houses you think are the 'best'.
Not meant to be another "show us a pic of any old house" thread ;) |
I understand that, but this house is supposed to be awesome and I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to see it!

The tudor ZTA house isn't on the OU Greek site since it no longer houses a sorority. But I guess maybe she could see which house she thought was the ZTA hosue.
The Alpha Phi house is one the website though but it's hard to tell what it looks like from that picture. |
