Don't these people have enough money to hire a nanny and a driver and stuff???
|
Britney needs major professional help, and yes, I do mean the straitjacket and padded room kind! Does she understand the harm she is doing to herself and the kids. I am happy that she lost custody of them! I remember reading that she fed them soda and junk food. I wouldn't be so surprised if the would appear on a future episode of 'Honey, We're Killing the Kids" with all that junk she gave them.
What an irresponsble spoiled brat! |

Just happened to read TMZ just now..
Major drama @ Britney's house tonight, while most of you are probably sleeping. She refused to give up the kids for a few hours. Cops, ambulance were called.. and now TMZ is reporting that she's been wheeled out on a gurney. Kids have been returned to K-Fed. Why am I even posting this?! It's just funny how TMZ is posting a play-by-play... |

The girl can't even show up to her own deposition. Why was she even given the privilege of being with her kids? As the days go by, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but she's making K-Fed look more and more like a saint. Those poor, poor boys. They don't deserve to go through this. :( |
And to think...it's all documented. This isn't something that will just be a vague story eventually. This will be in google searches and Yahoo! links and fan sites, etc. They'll look back and see how crazy their mommy is. Thankfully, Kevin seems to be providing a loving home and according to PerezHilton.com is even at Cedar's right now looking into Britney's welfare. And he is allegedly very concerned about JamieLynn as well. While they might look back at their crazy mom, hopefully they will be greatful for the sight right in front of them, a loving a supportive father and grandparents.
I feel so bad, but I'm glad they've taken Britney away. They should have had her committed a LONG time ago and nipped this sh*t in the bud. |
The juicy stuff always happens in the middle of the night after I've already gone to bed. :( The head-shaving incident happened in the middle of the night too. That darn 3 hour time difference between the East and West coast!

I don't even thing Train Wreck applies any longer. How about, "she pulled a Brittany"?;)

The more time goes on, the more I feel desperately sorry for her poor boys. K-Fed is being shown as the more responsible parent (scary) but compared to her, he at least seems to be trying to comply with the court and provide a stable home environment for them. Did anyone else see the pictures of her in the gurney on TMZ? The one with her feet strapped down was really sad. |
Too bad Jamie Lynn got knocked up for nothing.

Can I ask a question....why is this chick still newsworthy?

It's sort of like that accident on the highway where they are covering up a dead body. Everyone wants to stop and watch what is happening to a dead object. |

According to People.com, Brit's on 72 Hour mental lockdown.
About freaking time. Why they haven't bothered to do so already is beyond me. Take away her kids. Take away her Benz. Make sure there's no Starbucks to be found, lock her up, and hide the key. Another People article: http://www.people.com/people/article...169409,00.html They say that the family's terrified and that this is Britney's cry for help. Um, hello? The rest of the country knew she was in desperate need of help a long time ago. I'm surprised Mama Spears hasn't called A&E already...I hear interventions are great! ;) |

I'm secretly hoping for Chris Crocker to do a LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE! (Part Deux)

So, I'm thinking this should do it for her ever having custody of her kids... of course celebrities get a zillion chances!

As stated earlier, everything's documented. Heck, even legal counsel said his source of info was TMZ.com! |
From CNN:
"By about 10:30 p.m., six police cars, two ambulances and a fire truck had entered the gated community that includes Spears' house. Several police cars were seen in the area earlier in the night." It took how many people to bring her down, including a fire truck? So where was the SWAT team? Danny Ocean and crew could have brought her down without all of that:) |
Ohhh, my gosh, I'm just catching up on all this. What a mess. Seeing those pictures of her (I couldn't get the video to play of her getting taken out on the gurney) I really don't think this is any kind of p.r. stunt, that girl is MESSED UP. And those poor little boys, especially that little baby. The article said she locked herself in a room with him and the police had to "come through the door." Can you imagine how terrifying that must have been for him? You know she was probably yelling/screaming her head off (and probably peppering plenty of profanities about), then there are loud male voices outside the door and then they bust down the door to get in and grab you away from mommy (insane though she may be)??!??? Yeah, not TOO much scarring going on. Thank goodness they're still so young, but this will affect them. And like someone else pointed out, every single second of this is being documented in print, video and pictures. They'll never, ever escape it. Hey, good luck with that baby-thing, Jamie Lynn. GREAT family fold you're adding to.

Didn't see if this was mentioned specifically, but according to one of the big 24/hr news networks she's being held in the hospital on the grounds that she's a "danger to self or others" Generally that's up to 72 hours if she doesn't agree to sign herself in. Though I don't know CA's laws.
|
Most hospitals have an involuntary hold of at least 72 hours, after that, if you are not a threat to self or others, then you can be released.
|
i think it's all so sad... her THIRD lawyer quit. she lost all visitation.
i know lots of people said this awhile back, but really, after this, there is no bouncing back. i doubt anyone will ever see her perform live or have new cd's ever again. |
I would not wish anything bad on her. Still, she has lost her kids and has completely fallen apart. I hope she is able to mentally bounce back for her own sake. At this rate, it seems like the next major news story will be something really bad (i.e. fatal).

I hope that she is able to mentally bounce back, because if she doesn't, she's going to have some real issues later in life. I'm just not sure that she will be able to bounce back professionally because of all the crazy stuff she's pulled in the last couple of years that has deteriorated her marketable persona. I am not a Britney fan, but I'd hope that she is able to bounce back both mentally and professionally. Everyone was "rooting" for her when it was announced she was going to do the VMAs ... and she just didn't deliver. I'm not sure that she will be able to get back to where she used to be as a performer. |
Right now I think the fans are apart of the problem- directly and indirectly. Britney really doesn't know anything else but the spotlight, so she craves it. She needs to understand how to separate herself from it. I know that is now difficult living in L.A. So she needs to move elsewhere and put her life back together. To Britney, L.A. = hell. She needs to get out. I honestly believe that if she does not do something drastic to better herself, she will not make it to the end of 2008.
