Yay! Jerri is gone!

The look on the faces of Elisabeth, Keith and others were PRICELESS when she was speaking at Tribal Council.

She played the game too hard, too obviously too soon.

My boyfriend and I, who watch the show RELIGIOUSLY (I'm talking about a weekly Survivor and Jambalaya dinner date) were so thrilled to see her go. We were rolling at how she was thinking she and Colby were on a "honeymoon without the sex" when he was kinda pissed that she was there.

But the icing was in her final statement when she said that she thought her remark about it not being a fair game is what got her voted off! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif Poor girl is clueless about how much she's hated!

YEAH!!!! I am too glad Geri is off the show and I agree- I really want Elizabeth to win- she is so sweet and I love the father/daughter relationship she has with the old guy.

Yeah...I think Jerri studied Rich's technique a little too much. Scheming can work, but she started doing it way too soon and rubbing people in her own tribe the wrong way from Day 1. Also, she sure wasn't shy about letting on how much she wants Colby, was she?

Who knows how people will vote next week? Now that they got rid of Jerri, it will be interesting to see if the remaining Ogakor members go back to voting strictly down tribe lines. That's probably what they'll do, because they can't afford not to. If they were to get rid of, say, Amber next week, that would make it 3 to 3. And obviously all of the Kuchas know that Colby has at least 5 votes against him, in the event of a tiebreaker. Ogakor is smart enough not to let that happen.

Gotta love Elizabeth...she's a hottie but she also knows how the game should be played. She's working the "scheming" angle really well and at the right time, unlike Jerri.

Hahahahaha yeah we called it, Jerri got the boot. She really thought she was hot shit, what was that comment she made: "Colby and I are equals", or something like that? Holy ego, gimme a break.

LOL Lil_G and to everyone else! I remember when Survivor 2 first started and everyone was like "OH I HOPE AMBER DOESN'T EMBARASS US GREEKS.." yada yada yada. I think she's been wonderful so far, but she just got mixed up with the wrong person. I mean, you saw Jerri. She's manipulative and conniving, and it comes to no surprise that Amber got brainwashed.

Despite the negativity that most people feel towards her, rumor has it that she may make it to the final four. I belong to a Survivor 2 BB, and the topic of the final four is very heated. People have said that Amber locks herself in her room while the show airs on TV, and every week she brings down something new to share with her family. Weird, huh.

I love when she said, "ya'll got me good." Hell yeah, they did. What really grated on my nerves was how she was acting when she was alone with Colby. He was so not interested. Did you see her face when Colby gave out the pieces of coral to everyone. She's way beyond too competitive, she is just self-centered. Why did she see that as Colby trying to get over on her when the reason behind it could have been that he wanted to share the experience with the others? She actually thought that comment about the game not being fair was the reason she got kicked off!?! *knocking on Gerri's head* HELLO!?! MCFLY...

Hi guys! I LOVE survivor2!!! And boy was that episode AWESOME!!!!! THe witch is dead, the witch is dead!!!! Haha...and she said that she thought that they voted her off b/c of her "the game is not fair" comment? Yeah right, Jerri!! I saw her interviews on numerous TV Stations in the SF Area, and she is not sorry about all those mean incidents, for example w/the ousting of Kel. I thought that perhaps the editing portrayed her badly...actually she was just as bad on the interviews...no remorse at all! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/eek.gif

On a more postive note, Lizzie was saved!!!!! Elisabeth is so cool, I realy hope she wins! And i hope that amber will FINALLY speak up now that her friend is gone!!

P.S. BTW, Jerri no longer speaks to Amber (she said so in numerous interviews). Isn't that strange?! They were joined at the hip. It leaves great speculation what happened though! I think it has to do w/either some fallout on the Jury or something happened w/the Final Two...

P.P.S--I honestly don't really like any of the remaining Survivors except for the members of Kucha. Tina looked through kel's bag, and has totally backstabbed her friends (Maralyn, Elisabeth, etc.). I heard something on another Survivor site: Jerri backstabs you from the front, but Tina backstabs you from the back. I don't really like Colby, as he's kinda "wishy-washy" to me. Amber hasn't shown any personality so far... and Keith just hasn't impressed me as of yet. Go Kucha, you guys rock!!!

After watching tonight's episode, I think that Amber won't be the next Ogakor to go (and I don't say that because I'm an AGD). Even though Nick was the only one to vote for Keith, I can somewhat sense that arrogance in him, and maybe it'll show in next week's episode. I think the only real ally that Keith has is Tina, because Colby and Amber could both be swayed by the Kuchas. I also have a feeling that Colby may be seen as a threat, which could lead to Amber to be a sitting duck in the long run. There's a very strong rumor that says both Amber and Elisabeth make it to the Final Four...but who knows? Though Rodger and Elisabeth voted against Amber, anything can happen they could end up being allies in future episodes. There's only 6 left, and maybe next week it'll be Amber's turn to turn against Ogakor.

I also read in a previous post that Jerri and Amber are no longer speaking to each other. Does this mean that Jerri voted against Amber in the final tribal council? Again, another possibility.

Hi - I don't watch the show (because of the whole animal thing) but I get a daily report on it from all the morning radio shows -- anyway, the report now is that 3 of the last few guys (sorry for not knowing the names) were all out in Vegas and were totally smashed, and they met up with these 3 girls, anyway, the girls asked them where they went when they got booted off, and they told them. One went to a resort, and the other two had to go to some hotel. Anyway, it could just be some made up story, but apparantly it was reported on the news or some stuff.

I think the texan Colby will walk away with the cash, he's the most deserving. He'll need it too, word is he's gonna be fined for taking those pieces of coral at the great barrier reef. It's protected by law, anyone that damages or takes anything from the ecosystem can be fined up to $50,000.

If anyone's the most deserving of the cash, it has to be either Rodger or Elizabeth. But even the "most deserving" person won't walk away with the million...it's going to be the person who can play the game best. Tina and Keith both know that Colby is a threat, and I'd bet money that they're going to want to get rid of him.

Alright--a mini-spoiler for tonight's show--so if you don't wanna know, don't look!

LoL Bubbles, it's not a rumor. ET, Extra, and a bunch of those other shows talked about it tonight. He proposed to her last Friday (his 23rd bday). Extra said they're planning to marry at the end of the year.

About tonight's episode. I haven't seen it yet but I was a fool and clicked on this topic before I saw the show. I think Amber's biggest mistake was befriending Jerri. Her past came back to haunt her! Does anyone know about the financial breakdown of the $$$ awards that the finalists get? I know the members of the jury are entitled to a nicely sized award!

These past 2 nights (except for tonight) I had watched ET, b/c I had seen a commercial, where they had said they had interviewed Jerri!! So I watch and watch the show--no Jerri. The next night (yesterday) I also watch, too. No Jerri! So today I don't watch--and you reported on how they reported about Lizzie's engagement!! hehee

I remember in the last episode the second place finalist received $100,000...I'm not sure what the others received.

Was anyone else surprised that roger and liz didn't make an effort to get amber on her side? At least that way they could have went for the tie-breaker. Amber should have realized that she would have a better chance of winning if she was in the final three with kucha than if it was just her and the rest of olgakor.

It showed a big argument between Keith and Colby.

IMO, I thik that Colby is the Next to go. There is already the alliance between Liz, Rodger, Tina, and Keith. So they will be the final four.

if colby gets tossed the end of this season will be a huge disappointment just like last year. Hope he wins the next challenge.

I think it's pretty interesting that even to this day, no one (not even the winner)knows who wins the million.

I don't know if any of you have been watching those tabloid shows (ET, Inside Edition, Extra), but the final two people and the jury (including Mark Burnett and Jeff Probst) won't know who wins until the final show on May 3rd. The jury's voted already, but the votes haven't been tallied up yet. They're going to re-create the final jury scene in LA on May 3rd. They did this mainly for security reasons...pretty smart, huh? Man, if I were the final two I'd be going nuts right about now.

"Survivor" publicist Colleen Sullivan confirmed the 16 "Survivor" contestants get paid on a sliding scale; the longer they survive on the show, the more money they get.

"Sullivan refused to reveal the dollar amounts of that sliding scale, except to say the second-place finisher wins $100,000 while the winner, as everyone knows, gets $1 million.

"However, People magazine got some of last year's original "Survivor" castaways to reveal their prize winnings. Jenna Lewis finished eighth last year and won $30,000, while Rudy Boesch earned $85,000 for finishing third.

Keith could very well be the next to go. I just watched the preview of next week's episode, and Colby is definitely fed up with Keith. And Colby has the clout to build up enough votes for Keith. At the same time, the producers of the show could be building that up to throw people off.

At this point, I have no problem with any of the remaining players. I'm sure the ladies want Colby to win, and the guys (including myself) are Elisabeth fans. But Rodger, Keith, and Tina are all pretty cool too.

Hmmmm Tina does NOT deserve to be in the final four, she should have been booted off back when she lost that food challenge against Kimmy. Anyone see the faces on the jury when Jeff asked her if everyone left is the most deserving to win?

I hear you Heidi and definitely agree. I wanted to cry with Elisabeth when Rodger left. He really deserved to win, and I thought it was very sweet of him to sacrifice himself to help Elisabeth. When they showed him telling Tina (I think it was her) that Elisabeth needed the money more than he did, I kind of got the feeling that Rodger was going. I was hoping it would be Keith, though since Colby had the swing vote. If Elisabeth doesn't win now, I swear I'm boycotting Survivor 3!

Rodger should get a bonus for having the biggest heart. To sacrifice himself so Elisabeth could get some extra money for her mom...that scene almost made me cry (I know, I'm a freak).

I'm most disappointed in Colby. By now he should've known that keeping the Oga-BORE alliance wasn't important. Keith should've gotten the boot tonight http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/mad.gif . It was a given that Tina wasn't going to vote him off...but damn that Colby!

If Elisabeth indeed makes it to the final two, she may just win the votes of the jury. If you look at it this way, none of the remaining Ogakors really got along with the rest of em like Lis did. GO ELISABETH!
