First off, welcome to GC!

As we all know, LXA is against recruitment functions which includes alcohol, ergo, do not do it.:)

Get the party mode started then it will expand. Harsh as it may sound, I think many older Brothers are aware of what I am refering to.

Of course being one of the older members, it is sometimes hard to relate, but, the rules still exist.

So, something else must be included!

Ladies!!!

Horse Shoes and give them a shorter playing field or washers, same as horse shoes and easier for them to use. Volley ball, bowling, and pool or darts. Do teams with a he and she team. Get the ladies involved then guys have more fun!:D

So, if volley ball, or horse shoes, have a BBQ for food and soft drinks inconjunction. Food is always welcome!;)

Yeah, one of my goals has been to try and get up to Marietta or OSU sometime, just to see how other chapters are. I've haven't really met any other Lambda Chis besides the ones from my own chapter. That'll change in the summer with Summer Conference, but I'd like to try and make some trips before that.

Some of your new guys from OU were here last night. Can't remember their names but couple of them said they went through winter quarter. Real nice guys. They were better behaved then my guys last night. Welcome anytime.

Bro My chapter is in the same boat. In fact the only difference is that you are theta and I am my chapters beta. In order to help though I need to know what kind of rush rules you have. My school has very strict rules that pretty much only let us rush in the all in fact continuous bids are almost unheard of around here. But my advice would be that to get your beta and epsilon with you guys and have a social in the form of a concert. Donate the proceeds to a charity invite the entire campus and invite either local bands you can find or any bands that members of your campus are in(rock kind not like music majors:)) You will have a awesome social, usually a lot of your fellow greeks will be there(including sorority babes:)) and make a lot of money for your charity meaning everyone wins.

Just make sure that you do a lot of great PR for it. That was our problem when we did Music for the Masses (an event similar to above). Not enough PR in the right places.

Chuck, at least we have more flexible advertising opportunities ;-)
