Before Apolo and Julianne's scores in the second dance, I thought that was *exactly* what was going to happen - everyone except Ian & Cheryl would get 28s, and Ian & Cheryl would get 30. That was blown with Len's 9 :p

I'm rooting for Apolo but wouldn't be sad if Joey won. They both have done such an awesome job. If Laila wins, it would only be because of her fan base and not her dancing. I guess I forget it really is more of a popularity contest than a dance contest, but I think her votes are coming from people who want a woman to win or some other silly reason. Her cockiness is getting old--she is showing very little graciousness that the other contestants have shown. Now, if the judges would only be consistent in their praise AND criticism, the deserving couples would advance!

Joey kicked butt last night. His free style was way better than the other two. I really hope that Joey and Kim wins.:D

I tried voting by phone and only got through 6 times (land line 5 times and cell phone once). Either the line was busy or my call didn't go through. I saw on the DWTS's message boards that someone voted 120 times for Laila (many phone lines and maybe a PC)!!! :eek: It just doesn't seem right that that person got through and the guys' fans couldn't unless no one else was voting for her so her lines were open and everyone was voting for the guys, making their lines busy. Some people on the message board also said that they weren't allowed their full 5 votes. I've also heard that people would call one number and the recording would thank them for voting for someone else! Some people said that if you clear your cookies that you can continue voting online. Every year the voting is screwed up--doesn't instill much confidence in the results.

I too heard that she broke off the engagement.

Apollo said on Inside Edition or some show of that sort, that she had broken off her engagement, but that the two of them were not together. Of course, who knows if the "we're not dating" line holds any truth.

I read something a few days ago about Mario Lopez and Karina. It said they had to keep their relationship a secret (or at least try, ha) for a set amount of time because it's in their contracts that they can't date cast members for a set amount of time.

I heard about Julianne breaking off the engagement a few weeks ago. Wonder if they're really postponing or if she and Apolo are really an item?
