I am so there with you!!! Lol...although I'd kill to be 135;) Plus, I just got my braces on, so basically all I've been eating lately has been smoothies, shakes and mashed potatoes, all great, healthy foods right?;)

You guys need to keep in mind that it's not just about WEIGHT loss. This is one thing I really hated on Biggest Loser and Celebrity Fit Club. Everyone knows that muscle weights more than fat so they should be doing measurements instead of actual weight to see who is successful. One time I gained 10 lbs but I lost a few inches. That really annoys me.

You're kind of right, but kind of for the wrong reasons . . . yes, especially for people who are over 25-30% body fat, BMI (and physical measurements) are probably more accurate than strict weight measurements.

However, especially for people without an extensive workout history and/or are not lifting extensive weights, you should lose weight in the form of fat faster than you gain it in the form of muscle (especially early).

That's what I meant was for people who are working out extensively... I should have mentioned that. But I gave the example of Biggest Loser because they mostly measured with weight loss, not BMI (I forgot what that stands for but I know it has to do with body fat).

Anyone know when this show is coming back on again?? For whatever reason, I kept ONLY catching the second 1/2! Doesn't you hate it when that happens?!!

I did a search on previously aired shows and it said "No future airdates found at this time".

pinkiebell1001 02-22-2006 11:44 PM

Darn:( I'm sure I'll find it on a torrent site or something-I hate only seeing part of a show!

Thanks for looking though

Its a bummer though cause before I entered high school I was around 120...which was pretty good...and then by the end of high school I had ballooned up to 140, and now i'm back to 135. Eventually i'd like to get to 110-120, but i'm kinda working my way there...hopefully by June, i'll have my "beach body." lol.

But it is serious hard for me to keep the weight off, and I guess being a fast food addict doesn't help..lol.

yo, clean out your PM box

Rudey 02-23-2006 03:20 AM

My roommate has the documentary on Tivo and beats off to it every day.

KDAngel 02-23-2006 04:17 PM

I laughed so much at this program, I'm going to have bad karma for a year. And that Diane link is priceless. HAHAHA!!!!!

douchebag 02-23-2006 06:31 PM

Did anyone catch the encore presentation today?

It's on where I'm at right now. :p

pinkiebell1001 04-10-2006 10:50 PM

noooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! DARN HAVING A JOB!

mu_agd 12-01-2007 10:42 PM

So did anyone else watch "Return to Fat Camp" today? It was so great to see Dianne again! Even for just a few seconds!

Fawn Liebowitz 12-03-2007 04:36 PM

I watched it - Dianne seems almost normal compared to some of the new ones at camp this year - what about the girl that cries about EVERYTHING??

PM_Mama00 12-03-2007 10:09 PM

Diane did seem more normal. These girls were ridiculous. Did anyone notice Marisa from the last one is a counselor on this one? They only show her for a second and she is quite skinnier than before.

Fawn Liebowitz 12-04-2007 12:52 PM

I noticed Marisa and Petey. Thought I saw Matt, too.

OMG i just want to shove pencils in my ears when i hear her. SO ANNOYING!

epchick 12-06-2007 12:55 AM

Marissa....WOW! She's lost so much weight in her face/neck, it is almost a little scary.

Matt looks to be the same as he was in the last fat camp.

Petey, wow looks a lot different. Little older, kinda cute! lol.

Fawn Liebowitz 12-06-2007 12:14 PM

The funniest/sickest thing in "Return to Fat Camp" is Logan (the crier) complaining about her "chub rub", which seems to involve her inner thighs and even her crotch in some way...and Adisa running from her because she "doesn't want to catch her STD".

mu_agd 12-06-2007 01:26 PM

Rich at FourFour did a follow up to his "Have you met Dianne?" entry.

I take it your skinny?

Fawn Liebowitz 12-06-2007 02:44 PM

Not really, but I think you missed why I thought it was amusing.

ZTABullwinkle 12-06-2007 02:47 PM

Omigosh that was SO funny. But I so fricking loved watching Logan. She was no Diane, but she was definitely entertaining.
