BetteDavisEyes 04-19-2006 01:43 PM

Thanks so mush ShaedyKD!

I'm soooo happy now. Can't wait til the next episode.

This whole breaking out thing is starting to fall apart IMO. First it was just supposed to be Michael, Lincoln, Abruzzi, & Sucre. Then T-Bag got in as well as C-note. Then Westmoreland was brought in. Now they have to include Haywire & the laundry guy? Jeez.
I did get excited to see Abruzzi is coming back. T-Bag is going to have some shit to pay there. SQUEEE!

This is going to sound totally dirty or weird but for some odd reason I can't explain, I think T-Bag is HOT! I find him sexy & I don't know why. I don't usually like thin men. I like them big but with him, it drives me nuts!

amycat412 04-19-2006 02:04 PM

I think they framed Linc because of who his dad is. Apparently, dad worked for the company in the past and has some info they don't want getting out or something.

Haywire is not in on it...Michael just said that he could be to get the drawing of the tattoo. Then Haywire tried to sneak out on his own and got caught and locked up.

BetteDavisEyes 04-19-2006 02:48 PM

Oh. O.K. I thought that Haywire was in on it too. Thanks! :)

Isn't Lincoln in jail for killing the VP's brother ? [whom we no know is really alive!]

Who do you think sent the truck to crash into Lincoln's van?
I think it was the beyotch from the company, trying to free Lincoln, because their agenda has become different from that of the VP now.
Or perhaps it is Lincoln & Michael's DAD - the one who put the VP's bro's medical record (appendix surgery - victim HAD his appendix!) under the door of the judge who then granted a stay. I think Dad works for the company, but is perhaps a renegade, and the company is trying to reel in Dad.

Mr. FirstAndFinest cannot stand this show. When I watch it (thank heavens for TiVo!), he says, repeatedly, "those FACES! OMG those FACES! How can anyone watch those FACES for an hour!"

Yes, you're right....VP's brother. ;)

West Coasters don't read this!

I'm serious BetteDavis - don't read this before you watch tonight! Wentworth says: Don't do it!

Dude. Who else can NOT WAIT for next week?!!! Ok, but what happens after next week, lol. Is the show gonna end? I know they'll probably drag the escape out until the end of this season I guess. But then what? I'm guessing either their plan will be foiled yet again, this time by Bellick, or they will finish the escape by the end of the season. But why would they make a show that only had 2 seasons? I always kind of thought this was a bad idea for a show. I mean once they break out - what else is there. And the name of the show is Prison BREAK, not Prison. So sometime or another they're going to have to break out.

When Tweeter cut that guy's you know what, oh man, that made me cringe and I'm a girl. Under the circumstances I could see why he did it though. Too bad he's a dead man now. I can't believe that Michael would tell that punk they were going to escape. I knew he was going to go right to Bellick. And Michael's really going to have to sweet talk Sarah to get those keys.

LeslieAGD 04-24-2006 11:15 PM

Re: West Coasters don't read this!

This was a good, but very stange eppy...
- what does John have to do with lawyer Nick?
- why did Michael let Tweeter in on the escape? what's the catch?
- how are they going to get Linc out of solitary/watched guard?
- how are they going to get Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, John, T-Bag, C-Note, Cooper, Laundry guy, and Tweeter all (most) out?

I was hoping Linc would get away with his Dad and Michael would be stuck in the prison still trying to break out. They're going to drag the escape out until the finale May 29th.

valkyrie 04-26-2006 05:32 PM

LOL I thought it was "Tweener." Anyway, I'm guessing Michael just told him what he did as sort of a test, and he's going to have some kind of explanation for the floor. There's no way he's THAT STUPID, you know? No way.

BetteDavisEyes 04-26-2006 07:37 PM

I agree. There's no way Michael would have told Tweener that information without a reason. He has something up his sleeve. Now he'll also know that Tweener is a backstabbing bastard that deserves to get butt raped.

valkyrie 04-26-2006 09:35 PM

OR possibly, having dude tear up the floor is part of the plan.

I *finally* saw the episode and I agree - Michael wanted Bellick to tear up the floor and to then *trust* Tweener, so Michael can feed Tweener/Bellick mis-information later.

I think Lincoln shoulda got the Company guy (Owen?) busted - or shot! - and escaped with dear old dad.

BetteDavisEyes 05-01-2006 10:29 AM

I rewatched the promo for the new episode & I'm sad to think that it looks like Westmoreland gets shot or something. NOOOOOO!!! :(

BobbyTheDon 05-01-2006 10:44 PM

Oh man. I swear, this show is like seriously my life. Like, my life guys.

you see, one time I went to jail. And yeah, my brother helped me escpae. I swear, its my life guys. My life

FirstAndFinest 05-02-2006 06:30 AM

Yesterday, I started my new job & was so exhausted, I fell asleep in the middle of Prison Break! I need a recap, someone, please! (Mr. FnF was watching the Yankees v Sox on the TV w/the TiVo, so I don't have PB recorded.)

BetteDavisEyes 05-02-2006 12:12 PM

RECAP:

Bellick does indeed find the hole & staring at it in shock when he's hit from behind by Westmoreland w/a shovel. They fight & Westmoreland manages to clock Bellick w/a thermos but also ends up stabbed w/a piece of glass. Westmoreland wastes no time & duct tapes & hog-ties Bellick and throws him down the hole. He tells Michael & the crew what happened so Michael accelerates their escape plan to leave that same night at 7pm. In the meantime, b/c of scent dogs, they have to hide their scents so we see T-Bag snagging brussel sprouts from other inmates, C-Note is hiding peroxide, & Abruzzi getting fertilizer.

Michael also tells the crew that Tweener is breaking out with them b/c he owes Tweener. This ticks off the rest of the crew but Michael won't change his mind.
Meanwhile, Bellick is trying to scream to get heard but the guards don't hear him though they do keep asking where he's at b/c he's never been late before. A funny scene is when they tell Pope that Bellick is missing, Pope tells them to call his home b/c his mom is there & Bellick lives w/his mom.

In the meantime, Michael confesses the whole plan to Sarah. He needs her to keep the door to the infirmary unlocked so they can escape. She's in shock so she leaves to go see her dad who confesses that he never reviewed Lincoln's case file & calls her a junkie & a drunk. We last see her walking by a river so we don't yet know if she's going to help or not.

Also, Veronica finds some evidence so she is set to fly to Montana w/Nick when he pulls a gun on her & tells her that she can't go there. She has to go with him. What we also see is that earlier, Abruzzi is talking to one of his henchmen telling him that the plane he needs is for only 3 people. Not everyone that escapes is going to make it he says. He then calls Nick & tells him to have Veronica on the plane & ready so now we know that Nick is working for Abruzzi.

It ends w/Michael pulling a shank on Pope & telling him that he'll stop at nothing to free to brother.

Really good episode & heart pounding. It looks like the escape is next week...FINALLY! I also get the feeling that Michael is setting Tweener up for something b/c it's like he knows that Tweener is the one that told Bellick.

I just wanted to add that Michael told Sarah that the whole Lincoln thing was a conspiracy and that "they" had gotten to her father and that's why her father wouldn't stop Linc's excusion.

Sarah ends up in front of a bar and calls her AA/NA sponsor who doesn't answer. She goes into the bar and as she's about to take a drink, she sees on the news that her father is being considered for the VP's running mate. She then realizes that Michael might be right and goes to see her father, where he confesses that her never looked at the file.

Also, we see the black nurse lock the door to the infirmary after her shift.

valkyrie 05-02-2006 06:18 PM

There's a v. detailed recap here

BetteDavisEyes 05-09-2006 12:02 AM

Oh. My. Goodness.

This episode had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. We have waited for a long time for them to finally escape & they finally started! EEK! Can't wait for next weeks finale!

valkyrie 05-09-2006 12:41 AM

Westmoreland! :(

BetteDavisEyes 05-09-2006 11:08 AM

I so did want Westmoreland to escape so he could see his daughter once more. :(

Alas, it looks like that jerkoff Bellick manages to get out of the tunnel.

LeslieAGD 05-09-2006 01:44 PM

John said the jet only has four extra seats...but it sure looked bigger than that!

I think John, Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, and C-Note will be the ones on the jet. John hates T-Bag, Haywire, and Tweener; and DB and laundry guy didn't make it over the wall.

I anticipate problems with DB's money next season now that half the crew knows where it's hidden.

I agree on all counts. Tweener's out for sure, and there's no way Haywire is coming with. I anticipate something awful happening to T-Bag, but I do hope we get to see him again next season -- which is probably going to be like The Amazing Race, but with prison escapees looking for buried money in Utah.

LeslieAGD 05-15-2006 06:59 PM

Ahhhha

Season Two is being filmed in Dallas:

No. Still the first season. They just took a long break that lasted a few months so that 24 could come back. I believe it had to do w/time scheduling bc Prison Break wasn't supposed to be a long running show but it became such a big hit, Fox didn't want to let it go.

Thank you!!

LeslieAGD 05-16-2006 07:30 AM

Last night was great! Wow!

When T-Bag cuffed himself to Michael, I was thinking, "guess he's coming now." Then when John cut his hand off, I was thinking, "ok, guess I was right the first time."

I think it's funny that Tweener was the only one who successful escaped last night. If it wasn't for the white looney-tune suit, Haywire might be getting away too. I can't wait to see what happens to the five in the fall.

Also, I was not expecting the president to be the one that died! Interesting...

ShaedyKD 05-16-2006 11:08 AM

Last night was awesome. My fave part was when Haywire went into that little girl's garage or whatever, and was looking all creepy and scary, and he just takes the bike and says "Sorry!" And then he thinks twice and puts a helmet on! LOL

2nd fave was when they chopped off T-Bags hand, he soooooo deserved it! That VP lady is freakin psycho. I wonder if Sarah will be back next season?

Do you think next season they'll change the show's name to "Manhunt: The Show Previously Known as Prison Break"?

valkyrie 05-16-2006 11:40 AM

So C-Note will have to tell his wife he was in prison rather than Iraq and be all, "Hey baby, come live on the lam with me in Mexico," and she'll be all YEAH that's so awesome because living on the lam is fun and exciting AND great for our children, and I'm not at all mad that you totally lied to me about being in the military! Cool!

LOLWTF.

What in the HELL is Veroniduh going to do now? At first I was all "you idiot" when she went into the house, but now that I think about it, it's out in the boonies and he's probably alone, so maybe she's not in any danger at the moment. Who knows.

ROFLMAO!

They probably should.

I thought last night's episode was great. Now all we can do is sit back & speculate if the guys are going to get caught (I don't think so) & what happens.

If anything, I think that definitely Lincoln & Michael will escape. Hopefully C-Note & Sucre escape too. As for Abruzzi & T-Bag, they deserve to rot in prison. I hope Sarah isn't dead & I can't believe the Evil Devil Woman is now the President though I did like how she gave totaly bitch attitude to the other lady from the Organization once she was made President.

I was on the edge of my seat thinking "Don't hurt the lil girl" Then I had to laugh at him peddling down the street LOL.

valkyrie 08-21-2006 04:59 PM

Hi, new episode tonight.

I've read some interesting spoilers, but I'm nice, so I won't post anything here.

ACK

This is throwing me off, its too damned early for the Fall Season to start already...isn't it?

Damn good show though.

LeslieAGD 08-22-2006 09:41 AM

I thought the producers said Veronica would play more into the second season because the guys would be out of prison. When she was shot, I was thinking "they shot her, but she can't be dead!" Then they showed her with a bullet to the head and I was floored!

I'm really glad Sarah is still going to be involved this season, and I was excited to see that Michael left her a note!

Next week's episode with LJ looks great!
