Girl sells pics of her stepkids. You don't think she'll be selling pics of this one? Yeah it sucks to be hounded by the papparazi... but she has never ever shied away from them.

I just heard that YES, it is Sean Michael Spears.

I don't like it.... I would have kept the Preston and changed the Michael.

*Personal Opinion*

Maybe one of the moms on GC can tell me if that 35 pound number is the same that they have heard.

35 pounds is at the high end of what is considered normal, healthy weight gain for a pregnant woman. My doctor told me when I was pregnant last year that anything between 25 and 35 would be fine.

As with many things in this world, it all depends on the individual. 25-35 lbs is considered average, but there are women who will gain much more or much less during their pregnancy and still be fine.

If a woman is slender to begin with, she will often gain a bit more than average than when pregnant. If a woman is overweight to begin with, she will often gain less/gain none/sometimes lose weight when pregnant.

As long as a woman remains healthy during her pregnancy (meaning, no gestational diabetes, no high blood pressure/pre-eclampsia, etc...) even a weight gain of 40-50 lbs can be "okay". Being pg does not mean you have free-reign to eat Bic Macs and cheetos all the live long day, though (which I think dear Brit-Brit was fond of doing more often than not).

And I heard it was Shawn Preston Spears Federline, too.

You know, I figured out when it was that I stopped liking her. It was when she kept saying that she was a virgin, but was living with Justin Timberlake. I think everyone knew they were having sex, and I just wanted her to admit it. I mean she LIED!

That's why I always liked Christina Aguilera more... At least she didn't lie about bein a little bit skanky. She was just fine with it. :)

AnonAlumna 09-16-2005 12:39 PM

Did she really gain 50 pounds? I never saw a picture of her that didn't show she was ALL baby. As mentioned before, it does depend on the person. I gained 60 (I know) with my first pregnancy, and I've gained 10 this time...well plus the 15 that I hadn't gotten rid of. My first pregnancy caused me to retain all kinds of water!

It'll be curious to see how she looks afterwards. It really made me sick seeing Kate Hudson after her baby. She didn't even look like she'd had one! Plus Brit-Brit's breastfeeding...that'll help her loose some of it.

That's bound to happen when you live on a diet of Cheetos and Red Bull. :D

As far as her hospital accommodations – how does $20,000 per night sound?

A source tells Access that in addition to the pop star's fifth floor $3,000/night room that has a tented balcony, her family and security team take up an additional seven rooms on the floor.

The source also said that the healthy baby boy was born at 12:57 p.m. and that Britney's C-section scar is very small and very low.

Britney also has a private chef in a kitchen adjacent to her hospital suite that is there to make whatever she requests.
Gosh Darn it....can't she just go in and have a baby like a normal person? I understand that with a C-Section its a little different, but everyone else I knew that had a baby was out of the hospital the next day.

Did anyone tell Britney that its a HOSPITAL...not a 5 star hotel?

AchtungBaby80 09-16-2005 04:20 PM

About the C-sections...apparently, that's the trendy thing to do now. Around here, at least; all my sister's friends married rich men and they all had C-sections because it was more convenient (they could fit childbirth into their busy schedules more easily--how nice!), and she was about to tear herself to have one, too. She even scheduled one with her doctor, but she ended up going into labor early and her doctor wouldn't give her the C-section even though my sister kept asking her for it. I think it's because that particular doctor also does a tummy tuck along with the C-section...

KillarneyRose 09-16-2005 09:35 PM

Every time I saw a picture of a *very* pregnant Britney, her tatas were flopping around everywhere.

I know, pregnancy gives a girl a nice rack, but if you don't wear a bra and give those puppies some support they'll look like a couple of socks with a marble in the toe when it's all over.

See, now she's more like Christina. But I liked it better when she said she didn't. I mean it was never the publics business to know whether her or Justin had sex or not. I mean, why did we really care?

She said she was like a virgin when she was 16/17ish...and then 2 years(both of them said it took 2 years) into their relationship they had sex.

I just never felt it was anyones business. I mean if I was celebrity I wouldn't be telling people "OMG you guys I just lost my virginity".

So I liked it better when she didn't say anything.

OMG! LMAOROTF! I love the comparison! That is hilarious. You can bet she will be having a little lift on the boobies. I'm sure she has no idea of what happens to the girls after you breast feed! I can't believe that she wanted a C-section!?! Have fun recovering with that one.

So you name your kid after an ivy league school in Jersey when you and your husband barely (if at all!) finished high school.

I did like Preston better.

Britney's Fans Speak Up With Congrats, Criticisms

POSTED: 12:31 pm EDT September 16, 2005

Britney Spears' fans on the Internet seem split between joy at her new baby and outrage at how she delivered.

One fan on a Spears' fan site said she almost cried when she heard Spears gave birth to a boy. Another said she was going to pass out at any moment, and yet another said she was so happy that her heart was pounding.

Other fans are berating Spears for having a Caesarean section.

Spears had told Elle magazine she wanted to deliver by C-section because she didn't want to go through pain. She had said her mother told her giving birth was "the most excruciating thing she's ever gone through in her life."

One fan said Spears' decision was "100 percent stupidity." Another fan said any doctor who would schedule a C-section because someone was afraid of labor "is a quack."

I LOVED the pic US Weekly ran a few weeks ago with the pic of Brit in a hidious(as were ALL her maternity clothes) dress and cowboy boots with Kevin in tow looking skank as usual and the caption read: "Is it too soon to call Social Services on them?"

bluefish81 09-18-2005 12:41 PM

This kid has a new name every day. I realize that she loves the press and all, but does she need to keep changing his name every day to get in the press? I mean, she just had him, isn't that enough?

And I'm betting she and Kevin will be seperated by Christmas.

I had a C-section (not scheduled) and it wasn't all fun and roses either (especially when the anestetic wore off during the procedure). It's actually becoming very popular to schedule a C-section, and there's really nothing wrong with it, except if you count it as "playing God".

cutiepatootie 09-18-2005 01:48 PM

shows how stupid she really is! C Sections AAAAAAAAAARE painful....HA! i do recall my C Section and it was painful for months.....I recall the epidural and no pain afterwards but the dr rushed me in after 4 hrs of the shot for an emergency c section

if you can natural all the way!

so damn cool 09-19-2005 07:28 AM

I bet those are all rumors and she's only releasing the name to the magazine who pays the most for it.

According to People (the October 3, 2005 edition) they named him Sean Preston.

At least it's better than the other names stars are giving their kids (Pilot, Inspector, Apple, Jet; need I go on?)

At least this kids name is NORMAL. Even if his parents aren't and they will be divorced by 5 years and the kid will end up in therapy for the rest of his life.

Pilot Inspektor is the name of Jason Lee's son. Jett is John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son.
