I do not miss:

Drama
crappy roommates/suitmates
nothing to do during the summer (went to school in a small town)
expensive parking passes

*My housemates getting drunk and watching movies in the common room right outside my room at 4:00am when I have class at 9:30.
*Monday night meetings.
*Housemates leaving dirty dishes in the sink for about a week.

I lived at home during my UF years, so my situation is somewhat different than that of many others here.

- Campus parking. The high cost of decals. How hard it was to find a spot. How much I had to still walk to class in the scorching sun. Looooong lines for purchasing decals. You name it.

- My college did not offer just plain a biology major. So while most of my major changes involved biology, the final result was still not quite right for me.

- Mean supervisor in one lab I worked at.

- Many of the bad memories I have about college involve unsupportive people in a certain non-Greek organization I belonged to. So they are not really related to the college per se.

~intervisitation rules
~parking parking parking
~shared showers with clogged drains
~No air conditioning in 99% of the dorms on campus (there was one freshman and one upperclassman hall with air, so most of us got the dorm with air..)

Sooooo is anybody on this board still in college? Because if not, thats kinda lame.

~~DRAMA.. several of my girls were of the "OMG IT'S A HUGE DEAL" variety... when picking out a pair of shoes to wear to formal... or deciding between hot tea and cheesecake...
~~The weird hours - as much of a night owl as I am, I like having a regular schdule these days.
