I've seen other reports that show quota for Texas Tech being 45. EE took 40.

Is quota 45 or 40?

ok.. yes, we got 26, plus we had 3 that we got at the end of last semester, so the alpha class is technically 29.

as far as i know, quota was 23, but i'm pretty out of the loop, and didn't even know we got 26 until monday at meeting. which is amusing since i assisted the RIM all recruitment week.

campus total is 85, and we're at 82, so we are COBing next week for three girls, which is not bad at all.

texas*princess 08-31-2005 07:27 PM

Yay!

Best of luck to GU!

Actually, AE did a new type of recruitment which BA is calling "revitalization." Basically it was open recruitment during a week of events hosted by the alumnae and at the end of the week, bids were handed out. It's like recolinization but not because the women are spectacular and they just need a jumpstart on recruiting. In fact, it worked so well that BA is trying this during this upcoming week.

BBelleADPi 09-07-2005 11:44 AM

Finally!! A girl I wrote a rec for pledged ADPi at Valdosta State University!! It's about time!!:D

Northwest Missouri State Colonization

Recruitment for NWMS will be from Sept 8 through Sept 18th (Bid Day). We are expecting 80-90 alphas. If you live in or around Kansas City and would be willing to help you may contact me at moksadpi@gmail.com and I will get you incontact with the Province Director.

Thanks!

Jhawkalum 09-07-2005 04:55 PM

I had no idea that there was going to be a colony at Northwest Missouri State. I would love to help, but I live far away now. Which chapters are going to help out? Good luck!

Thanks for the information, heah27! I've included the information in the beginning list, so that we can all be thinking of those wonderful women who are working to colonize a chapter there, and the women who may become part of the pride! :)

When I was Chapter Advisor, one of the others was from Mt. Union - she was a BALL OF FIRE!!!! Five women like her and you'd have Total in no time at all!! :) Her name was Melissa, if that helps.

ADPiAkron 09-12-2005 06:08 PM

The only Melissa I know from Mount graduated last year!!

Our advisory board is spilt-- 3 Gamma Theta's (Mount), 1 Epsilon Nu (Ashland), and me- 1 Beta Tau (Akron)! The Gamma Theta's are an awesome group-- actually Gamma Theta, Epsilon Nu, and Beta Tau are verrrrry similar groups and that is why I think we all work well togther-- so I can see why that woman was great!!

jwright25 09-13-2005 12:20 AM

Whew! After several long days and nights of recruitment, Gamma Phi Chapter at East Tennessee State University has 30 wonderful new Alphas! We have two separate quotas, one for freshmen and sophomores and another for juniors and seniors.

Quota for Fr/So was 26 - we got 28
Quota for Jr/Sr was 1 - we got 2

So I guess you could say quota was 27 and we got 30! YEAH!

It was such a fantastic recruitment and very very difficult to decide who our new members would be - there were just so many fabulous young women participating in recruitment. We're looking forward to another stellar year in East Tennessee!
