Maybe people use the phrase 'phuck' because spelling it properly is a violation of the Terms of Serice (TOS) of GC.

It doesn't matter how its spelled. Phonetically, its still the same. Saying that "phuck" doesn't violate the CoC is like saying that "kniggar" doesn't either because the spelling was changed.
