I was 18 when I went to my first DST info session. Since I was a freshman, I couldn't apply...all I wanted was info so I could get ready to pledge when I was a sophmore. The ones who crossed in Spring 1998 was the last line at Carolina.:(

For those of you who were 17, 18, etc. did your univ. allow freshmen to pledge?? Late birthdays?? or were yall just advanced students who went to college early? :p

That's ok I'm nosy too! BUt no my university didn't allow freshmen to pledge unless they had 15 credit hours, and even then they didn't really recommend it. So I just chilled til it was my time, and I'm glad I didn't pledge when I was freshmen cuz looking back on it now I prolly wouldn't have made it anyway.

I was 18 when I rushed; I turned 19 while I was pledging.

My school allowed men to rush starting first semester of freshman year; women weren't allowed to rush until second semester.
