I once wanted twin girls so I could name them Truth and Justice, but I grew out of that.

I want a ferret one day and I'm going to name him "Ferret Bueller."

I can wiggle my ears :)

When I was little, my favorite book was the dictionary, I loved learning new words and could memorize about half a page at a time.

Little32 07-10-2005 05:23 PM

I, too, started school early; I was four.

I am bow-legged (as opposed to all of the folks who are pigeon-toed).

I have only had one serious relationship in my entire life (I am just picky like that).

That's all for now.

fun4real 07-10-2005 08:47 PM

bet ya never knew that...

I had my life planned through the age of 30.

-Graduated high school at sixteen
-complete undergrad at 20
-obtain Masters at 22
-get job as a bilingual computer scientist at the U.N.
-married at 25
-first child (boy) at 26
-second child (girl) at 27
-twins (boy and girl) by 30

OK, I have completed the first three bullets. Just on a different timeline.

Crimson and Cream is in my blood--Mom's a soror and Dad's a Kappa.

My half-sister just crossed AKA in Feburary.

Have lived in South Carolina all of my life.

Started reading at age 3.

Big fan of the Atlanta Braves and anything with USC Gamecocks!

Mom, one of my cousins and I have the same middle name.

I can watch Food Network all day, but I don't cook!

Only child and had NO imaginary friends (because of my imagination ppl find that hard to believe-go figure)
Was scared of the car wash when little (couldn't pay me to stay in the car)
i hates spiders w/ a passion
Still love '80's music (duran duran, george michael etc)
Never wanted to be a rapper growing up..always wanted to be the DJ.
Had a secret crush on Christopher Reeve (cried when he died)
Liked to play with ants (the little ones) when i was 6
Still like to climb things @ 33.
Still have a doll I have had since I was 3. Have had 5 of the same (they fall apart) and just got a brand new one from Ebay to keep as a collectable.

I also started reading at age 3.

At my Headstart graduation I recited a poem that was about a page long. To this day whenever I go home to visit, some people still recognize me as "that little girl who read that big ole poem all by heart."

I graduated from Headstart in 1980, my son graduated in 2000.

I never wanted to be a social worker. I kinda fell into the field.

I love to read those "True Confessions" magazines that are marketed for Af-Am's like Jive, Black Confessions, and Bronze Thrills. I've been reading them since I was 10 and now at the age of 17 days away from 30 I am about to submit my first story.

I've had a crush on Dennis ever since I saw him on "Just the Ten of Us." He played the assistant football coach.

Me too. I begin with Lucky. Actually that Santangelo series is the only thing of her's that I really like, and only the first three of those.

Kimmie1913 07-15-2005 01:42 PM

Here goes...

I played three instruments as a child- but not at the same time. Violin, Piano and Flute.

I taught my brother how to read, and read well, before he started school. Also taught him basic math.

Wanted to be a teacher like my Aunt Betty who was the best teacher I ever got to witness.

I attended a Quaker private school from kindergarten through 12 (13 years).

I love handbags. It is a sickness. But my collection is tight! Okay really, I love shopping in general.

I have been in a relationship with the same man for 10 years. We are not married. (and don't ask if we are going to get married!)

I sincerely believe that my best friend and I were sisters in a past life.

Every school I have attended (high, college, law) all had those fabulous colors of red and white.

I never went through the whole "don't want to be seen with my mom in public" phase. She was the best; I always loved hanging out with her. She was always my best friend and I miss her every day. I, however, KNOW she is my own personal guardian angel and have felt her save me from some bad situations several times in the 2 and a half years since she passed away.

UrbanizdSkillz 07-15-2005 10:34 PM

I started reading at age three

I skipped grade 6

my second toe is longer than my big toe

I have really large hands for a woman

I was an only child with no imaginary friends (I was too broke to have imaginary friends LOL)

I am a music fanatic

I almost drowned in a pool and in a lake

I love the ocean

I've never been outside of the southeastern United States

I don't recite the pledge of allegiance

I stopped cursing a year ago -- go ME!

When I'm mad, I have a tendency to use "big words" instead of cursing. I dunno why

I'm terrible at math

I'm a good writer (or so I've been told)

Krisco 07-16-2005 04:07 PM

I guess I'll chime in,

-I write with both my left and right hands, never really veered towards any one hand. No one rarely ever notices.

-Would love to be a choreographer

-Hates the sound of gum popping, If you want me to leave your house, stick some gum in your mouth. I make excuses to leave the presence of people who do this.

-Played the oboe and flute during middle and senior high school.

-Did all my now deceased Aunt Edith-Elaine's entire coursework f0or CNA school when I was 11. Bless her, she knew I loved doing homework and reading. I can't believe I never wanted to enter Nursing.

-Had the same size breasts since 9th grade, 38D. I love my girlies now, but back then...

Oooooh, I'm jealous! I've always wanted to be ambidextrous, I always do exercises with my left hand so that I can use both one day.

MsDJ80 07-18-2005 05:16 PM

I'm a militarty brat and the oldest of 3

I have 6 fingers on my left hand ( the finger never fully developed...but I haven't had it removed)

I got a scholarship to Sidwell Friends (Chelsea Clinton's HS) when I was in pre-school.

My father is an only child who has managed to have three only children, myself included.

when people talk to me they usually can't tell where I'm from.

I started reading (seriously reading) when I was two.

I didn't speak until I was 2 1/2.

My first words were a sentence.

I think that's it.

Oh yeah, I'm a two time graduate of Howard University. Once when I was four and again when I was 22. (both of which are SPECTACTULAR numbers:D
