Crying sometimes helps. Hot baths are always helpful. Peppermint tea is a staple in my house with a trashy novel too.

I workout - yoga, aerobics, I still have my 1980's Jane Fonda workout videos, and lift weights at Bally's. Trust me, you do not want to mess with a woman who can bench press 40 lbs. Trust. me. :cool: I also needlepoint and knit like there is no tomorrow. |
