I hope all of the chapters doing COR or COB are doing really well!
|
That's great! I can't believe y'all are having that many graduate!
Good news for U of H! They have raised total to 50...it's been 45 for the longest time! Keeping in touch with some chapter insiders, there are a little over 112 signed up...which is awesome! They are hoping for quota of 18. Rush started yesterday, so I'll keep you posted! aj |

Hey Beth and CJ!!!!
How bout some NC State numbers huh???? ;) |
hey, i'm out of town so i haven't been helping with recruitment. i did see the girls after open house and right before house tours, and i dropped of two dozen white and bright pink roses. i talked to meredith, our vp member ed a few hours before the bid day festivities and they were very excited. she said she would call me back, but she never did which is understandable with all of the craziness going on. hopefully carolyn will post some info soon! i'm excited to know myself. i was never at a bid day, cause i was only in dg long enough for one bid day and i had to be in a wedding that day, so i missed out. anyway, GO DG!
|
Results just in from UofH! With a quota of 16, DG got quota +1! This puts DG at 55 members, and also puts them over Total of 50! YEAH!!!

For your viewing pleasure, the new member class for Gamma Sigma chapter at U of H! I counted 18, so I'm trying to see if something changed with the numbers!

Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long in posting! I was trying to be sure of numbers before I said anything. I **THINK** we got 30 new members! They are beautiful and from what I've heard, all very intelligent and classy! Quota was 32. I have no idea how other groups on campus did. I know we are going to do a few quick COB events to fill in the gaps this next week. We have to do it quickly because Pi Phi is coming to campus and we can not COB while they are doing their recruitment. Here are the newest DGs at NCSU:

DG at Ole Miss
Ok - somewhere on this board it said DG at Ole Miss did not make quota - can that be right??? I thought DG was the best house on campus there - does anyone know the scoop??? I mean come on - loook at this chapter - http://olemissdeltagamma.com - they are amazing! So someone shed some light - please!
|
If you look around, I asked that question earlier (look up Ole Miss Rush). They had the option of taking quota, and decided to "only" take 75.
|
Ole Miss
The Alpha Psi chapter of DG at Ole Miss once again won outstanding DG chapter in the nation at convention. Recruitment isn't an area of concern!

Can't you COB up to total if you are under total? (not that I really know the rules...)
|
yes....on most campuses, chapters are able to COB if they are not at total after hitting quota.
|
OHHH... Gotcha. I guess I just assumed a chapter with the biggest pledge class was having no problems reaching total.
