I am so ready to be done with nannying for the day. . . I have been here for 7.5 hours already with like 3 more to go. I get a break now b/c it is naptime. . . I am about to fall asleep too.

On a brighter note, they had the intern party today, woot woot, free lunch and they gave me and the other intern plaques and a bag and a leather notebook case. Pretty nice considering I've had other govt internships and I didn't get that stuff.

But still, want the day to go by fast, going away this wknd and I'm ready to party! :D :D

I'm not hungover this week (huzzah!) but this morning is still dragging on like crazy.

I am hungover (just slightly) and the morning is dragging on for me, too. I was supposed to have a meeting with a catered brunch but it got cancelled, so now I have not food and I'm starving!

Only 3 hours to go and then my internship will be officially over for the summer. :D Plus I've got a meeting at 2, then signing out stuff, cleaning my desk, saying goodbye etc, so I'm hoping the afternoon flys by.


Which also means I probably will not be around much on GC seeing as how I will no longer be bored at my internship.

I am so ready to get out of here. The day hasn't really been dragging but I think the last 1.5 hours will be sloooow.

It's a ghost town here. A lot of people took the day off, and even more used their flex time and took the afternoon off. I'd sort of like to press my luck and slip out a little early but I'm also a wuss so I probably won't.

The day is going by so slow. I can't believe it's only 2:30. I finished all my work so I'm just sitting here on GC and playing Pinball for Windows (good fun but I suck at it). Two hours to go and it's off to happy hour for me! :D

TGIF. I am also playing the day away on GC. I am leaving to see my last client of the week in a half hour. She is great, it's her husband (not my client) who is annoying and tries to manipulate me into getting him all kinds of stuff that he can do himself.:mad: I am hoping he isn't there. Tonight should be fun, it's one of my Deepher girls birthdays. She's 27 on the 27th!!!

I got off work early today! There just wasn't enough work, and our boss wasn't in today.

When today's workday ends my summer vacation + the long weekend is OVER. Back to teaching the kiddies on Tuesday or at least getting ready to teach them. I don't want today to end!
