Does anyone have any positive comments to say about the marriage?

In the showbiz world it can be difficult to find someone to be in a relationship with because many times they are only interested in the fame or money.

Many people think that a marriage is Hollywood is not taken seriously, but thats only because divorce is made into a headline and made accessible for the world to read about and comment on. If non-celeb couples had their divorces announced on tv, it would be made clear that the divorce rate in this country is high- regardless if you are a celeb or not.

Just because her first marriage did not last, does not automatically mean that her second marriage will have the same fate. We all take risks in life, and we all make mistakes, and because of that we learn and grow.

Why not give the girl some credit and maybe have a positive thought. I know that seems like an extreme idea for some of you...

I think its fabulous that Britney found someone who she trusts and believes she can have a successful marriage with. I wish her the best of luck.

I think the reason most people cannot not take this seriously because first and foremost the pregnant ex-girlfriend that he was still with while starting to see britney. Secondly, the brevity of the courtship. And finally, Britney less than six months ago said she got married then later got it annulled, not b/c she was in love, but because it was a joke. But you never know it might work out

plus if she's already preggers. he might be forced into this marriage because of it. if he was scared of commitment before with shar jackson, why britney? i just don't like how everything came together like clockwork08 posted. BUT, i don't know them, so it doesn't really matter... :cool:

Whoa, if Britney really is pregnant, then this story just keeps getting more and more Jerry Springer-like. I'm guessing she really is, since people keep saying she's been getting kinda chunky lately (I don't know myself, as I haven't seen any recent pics or anything).

Please don't tell me anyone out there still considers Britney to be a good role model. :rolleyes:

a) She had been married before and annulled because it was just a joke....teehee!
b) They haven’t been together for very long.
c) She’s obviously still not over Justin Timberlake.
d) Her fiance already has a kid with Shar Jackson.
e) Shar Jackson is currently pregnant with his second child.
f) Britney is currently pregnant.


Positive comments? Maybe she’ll be smart and get a pre-nup.

I think that Mr. Springer would be the perfect justice of the peace for their "marriage." He used to be mayor of Cincinnati, so he has the experience.

I was watching E! today and I saw on the bottom (like msnbc and cnn have their news scrolling) that Britney is planning on getting married Nov. 20th.

That wedding date comes from Star Magazine, so you can take it with a grain of salt. And it hasn't been confirmed that she's pregnant. I'm hoping she won't get pregnant anytime soon cause that would be such a huge mistake. I still like the girl. But, I think she bumped her head and lost what little sense she had, when she fell the other week.

i am inclined to agree. i really liked her as a person and a performer. i admire other women my age who are making the transition into adulthood. -like christina and jessica....
but my view of britney is turning negative. despite what she might think, she is not the miss popularity that she was before her madonna's sidekick days. she needs to retire from singing and do something like produce or be a choreographer. or what they hey, why dont she try to call up hefner and see about becoming a playmate. her career is doing down so fast, a playmate won't be a stretch.
she needs to quit while she is somewhat ahead, before she gets forced out of the limelight due to lack of public interest.

Shar had her baby. Pictures of Britney buying flowers with Shar's name written on them came out yesterday. I'm sure Shar appreciated the flowers. :rolleyes: At least Brit did something.

AND..... this is Shar's fourth child. That's right....4th!!!!! Apparently, the last guy she was with also broke up with her prior to the birth of her second child. Hmmmm..... I see a pattern.

wait, how old is Shar Jackson then? because i thought she was like in her early 20s. her daughter (with Brit's fiance) is 2 so i'm assuming that these other 2 children are older (and she must have had them pretty young)

c) i sincerely doubt that she's pregnant...there are several doctors in hollywood that are discreet enough to give her an abortion if she was...and i also sincerely doubt that she's crazy enough to have a baby when that would just totally incinerate her already tattered rep...although i could be wrong...i wonder what she'd name her baby :D

hahahaha, seriously. This guy is a total loser. He gets his girlfriend pregnant then leaves her, then wants to marry Britney, but she has to buy her own ring. Some one please point out his redeeming qualities.

Britney's setting herself up for a disaster, and I can't really feel sorry for her. Her mother warned her (although apparently not hard enough because she is now helping out with the wedding), I'm sure her friends have warned her. I mean, she can do what she wants, but doesn't she have anyone close to her that is like "Britney, WTF is going on with you? You need to get a grip!"?

Way to go Britney! Boy, does she deserve to be smacked with some sense!
