This is a new thing that is beginning to annoy me.

I'm usually a fan of sarcasm and quick wit in others, but not when someone goes too far to impress me with it, especially when we don't know each other. Last weekend I tried to strike up a convo with one of my mom's co-workers. I couldn't carry on a good convo with her because she had a smart-alecky reply to everything I said. I don't know it's because she's a bitch or have ZERO social skills or both.

Oh god, my current director at work is just like this. He always answers everything with a sarcastic remark and instead of getting to the point talks in circles or answers everything statistically or by "what the numbers say". It is so annoying. That is why I am really excited I spent most of my days in the field and not in the office.

When driving and some one gets infront of you realy quickly and really close to you. :mad:

When the police flash that Freaking bright blinding light in to the front of the car as you pass eachother. :mad:

When someone is riding my bumper :mad:

People who dont turn off their turn signals or who have them on way too early :mad:

People who do random hard breaking for nothing:mad:

People who slow down traffic on the freeway, because they wanna see what going on on the other side of the freeway:mad:

Aparently you must be quite well off; to say something like that about others, esp. when you dont know the situations people come from before they end up where they are in life.

stupid people. Especially when you can't even get away from them on an internet message board.

Also, the Arkansas Highway Department trying to find new ways to piss me off.

Oh hell yeah. I especially love the people who get up to the front of the line at airport security and don't have their photo ID and boarding pass out yet. Dumbasses.

Right now? Adware, spyware, and browser hijackers. Wouldn't be so bad if there was an effective way to get rid of them! :mad:

I hear ya. One of my biggest pet peeves are the people in my AA's listserv who are lurkers, and never come to anything, solicit donations, and complain that events are never planned that they can attend (when there have been events planned every day and every time of the week). It seems like there is one of these (thankfully only one, well in mine anyway) in every group.

I also get annoyed at co-workers who don't realize how easy they have it at work and constantly complain about nothing that is worth complaining about.

Oh yeah and people who go into the social work field then constantly complain about the clients they work with and are mean to them.

or people in the subway line who wait until they get asked what they want to look at the menu.

this is kinda like when people go to McDonald's and need time to read the menu. OK, how can someone not know what is on the menu already?!

My biggest annoyce is when people get banned for no reason. I mean, seriously. Its greek chat. Who gives a shit?

I'm pretty laid back; can't think of many things that annoy me. I always tend to just sit back and laugh about things. Good for the blood pressure, too! :)

There IS an effective way to get rid of them. Go to the search function on GreekChat and seach on the word "Trillian". That thread has posts by me in it with links to SpyBot S&D and Ad-aware. Use those. Ask for help if need be.

When people pronounce the letter "R" with an extra syllable on purpose. As in stressing an extra syllable.

i.e R-ra. I thought the letter was "R"

ETA: I say R-ra only when I'm joking about R.Kelly and children fetish. However in serious conversations I will not spell "run" with "R-ra", "U", "N" .

Thanks, but I've actually tried both of those, along with some other things, and I haven't had any luck completely getting rid of all the crap. The problem is that these programs ARE great for detecting and deleting, but they aren't doing isht for me as far as blocking, which is what I really need.

There is some stuff you can do as a user re blocking (not just with spybot although that has stuff too). But I don't know if you're already doing it.

They are those kids who are just round, the kind of kids that mother says "would you like a pie with that?". The kind of the kids that run for 2 seconds and get tired. The kids that eat all the rolls at the buffett!!!!! GRRR! The kids that their own parent refuses to make them get off the couch and play.

I mean, you look at larger kids and feel bad for them. But then, they have to get annoying. The grab their Coke glass and start blowing bubbles in it with their straw. OMG IT GETS ON MY NERVES......:mad:

Its pretty annoying how you see someone on the street or your friends see someone and they dont know you or talk to you but they assume they are better than everyone.

I hate when people think that they are the coolest or best, when really they arent and people could care less about them. It just annoys me when someone acts all snotty and self righteous and they are really just like everyone else.
