Oh, I got quite a few......
NO MORE REALITY SHOWS! They're nothing but a bunch of sensationalized bulljive anyway!
NO MORE "PSEUDO-TALENT" SHOWS, including that loehme joke "American Idol"!! For crying out loud, it's Star Search meets The Gong Show. Just because you can hold a note for 3 seconds does not mean you should capitalize on a singing "career". NO MORE SKANKY "HNH" (Hooker 'n Hoe-esque) outfits. They are not sexy and AFAIC, do nothing but give me a "soft-on". By the same token... NO MORE WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE WEARING THOSE SUPERTIGHT BOOTY HUGGING PANTS COMPLETE WITH VPL FOR EVERY MAN TO SEE. They just invite sexual harassment lawsuits to run amuck. PLEASE go back to the classy 80s style blouse and skirt numbers that IMHO are super sexy and THE BOMB. That's why I loved the TV show Dynasty back in the day, dang Linda Evans and Diahann Carroll was HOT!!....but I digress. NO MORE RAPPERS SHOWING OFF THEIR COSTUME JEWELRY BY FRONTING, BRUSHING, FLOSSING, RINSING, OR WHATEVER THE HECK YOU CALL IT NOWADAYS. NO MORE "MAURY" PATERNITY TESTS! I thought I saw it all when I saw a billboard for Maury that read "Who's Your Daddy?" To which I responded, "Not you, nucca." NO MORE TV SHOWS THAT GLAMORIZE CELEBRITY MATERIALISM. More of the same pablum puking bulljive. BRING BACK THE FEATHERED HAIR AND THE 80S FASHION. IMHO that was the BOMB!! I Love the 80s!! |

I would welcome sistahs with tieneck blouses, full length pleated skirts and linebacker shoulders with open arms and a loud "Go on with yo' bad "Fridge" (read: William "The Fridge" Perry) lookin' selves. It would be TRULY a sight for sore eyes. *Insert "Super Bowl Shuffle" line with the Fridge rapping, "I can dance, as you can see, the others, they all learned from me...."* |
Sorry RM, but eighties business clothing for women really is hideous.
At least 90s business clothing for women was stylish, but yet conservative enough for the office. |

no more fishnets, especially if you are on the "thicker" side and have little fat pockets coming through the nets
no more pelvage showing (think of the low pants that Brittany Spears and pink wear that is bassically to the bikini area) mothers decked out in designer gear (real or fake usually the latter) and their kids look like they need to be on one of those "if you give just 10 cents a day this child will get...." commercials |

I am addicted to them too but just once I want a sista to go on there say Maury he is the dad, I'm sure. . . .Maury say, He is not the dad and for the sista to just say okay and sit there. Don't run, Don't do the funeral cry. Just accept her ways and resolve to be a good parent to her child. |

I know the paternity shows are ridiculous and sad but they are funny to me b/c these some of those people are so over the top!!
Plus, they keep me and my co-worker/friend up when we are at work!! BTW, it is just me or has the Maury audience started acting like they are on Jerry with all the chanting?? |

LOL!!!! I thought I was the only one who has been disappointed about Lane Bryant's clothing for the last couple of months. I swear that LB is trying to make up "big gurls" look silly. What is up with all these dang gone prints...UGLY printed shirts. Now some (and I mean some) of their clothes have been alright. Then I swear they are putting items that where on the rack last year on the rack this year. I brought a green sweater last year on sale, then I go to LB over holiday break and see the same sweater for twenty bucks (almost full price). I heard that LB was brought by who ever owns fashion bug and I hate fashion bug. |
Down with AppleBottom jeans. Nelly is seriously grossing me out. I was unfortunate enough to see the Tip Drill video - umm disgusting much?????
And the website for his jeans is just tacky, not PG and unnecessary. You can't even look at the clothes. All you see is some topless girl all up on him. And the apple cursor??? Give me a break. Meanwhile, tell me if the backgroup doesn't look like half-eaten apples -the way they get colored from exposure to air. Eeeeewww |

It seems that the management has real contempt for its clients. My core wardrobe is bought at places like Talbots Woman, Off Fifth Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet and Nordstrom Rack. Very happy that I live in SoCal. |

I started shopping at Casual Corner a while agp because I began to notice that LB started getting "slim" on the work appropriate clothing. |

I HATE those gypsy print clothes. Who in the hell would wear that? I wish I went to school in an area that has more store geared to plus size women, but I'm not and LB is all we have. Dillard's and Famous here just figured out that that plus size women don't need big pictures or ugly prints on all their clothes. They have gotten alot better with their L.E.I women's clothing line, but it's slow a coming. |
