I'm going to stop beating this dead horse...you obviously have a certain view of life and I definitely wish you luck finding someone who shares it, because you're going to need it....have a super day. :p

I guess I am at an age where I "should" settle down, but I don't want to right now. I am happy the way things are, screw what other people think. |

Just because you don't agree with it doesn't make these people evil and I think it's unfair that you look down on them for it. But then again this is coming from a girl who likes to date men at least ten years older so I guess I'm perpetuating this so nothing I say will matter anyway. |

My 2 friends are not. They have excellent jobs, and plenty of money. While they may not be hitting on every 20 year old with 2 feet and a heart beat, they are also not ready to settle down. |

the dirty old man that i described before said that he wants to have a party and only invite me, this other girl and a guy who works with me. he said that we three are the coolest workers he knows. i am just grossed out by it.
the sick thing is that he is a doctor. thank God he is cardiologist and not a gynocologist:eek: |
Almost a year ago, an older man (he is 36, I am 23) asked me out. He wasn't creepy or icky, and I'd just broken up with someone, so I thought what the hell.
Well, I wasn't the least bit attracted to him because he LOOKS much older than me. Receding hairline, the works. At a bar recently (we hang out strictly as friends), someone actually asked if he was my father. I hate to admit it, but it was embarrassing. |
