I think about 600 girls went through recruitment last year at Iowa (I'm not positive, though). Quota was 30 or 31 and Total is 120. The campus atmosphere is very different than at Iowa State and the girls going through recruitment tend to be from the Chicago/Milwaukee/Minneapolis area than from a town in Iowa. |

Christopher Newport University
population about 5,000 4 NPC organizations (I'm not sure if the most recent one is still a colony or if they received their charter this semester) total is 50...I know the three older organizations here are over total (thanks to formal recruitment) and I believe that the most recent one is somewhere between 35 and 50 (not sure how they did with COB after formal recruitment) |
Duke University
6,000 undergrads 9 Panhel Sororities (ADPi, AOII, DG, Tridelta, Chi-O, Theta, KKG, Alpha Phi, PiPhi) I'm not sure what our total is, I think it's something like 130 I do know that the quotas have been variable in recent years, we have deferred (spring) rush (I know Spring 2004--36, Spring 03--42, Spring 02--39, Spring 01--49) |
I advise at Wagner College in Staten Island, NY
1750 undergrads, 400 grad students 3 NPCs (ADPi, AOPi, ASA) and 1 local Sorority Total is 45, yet I think only 2 are at or close. The local has only a handful of members. 2 fraternities, TKE and Theta Chi KSA and AKO (coed fraternities) also Groove Phi Groove and Delta Nu/Delta Nu Little Sisters I have no idea about the numbers for the men or coeds. |
