panda,

I couldn't agree more with the SEXY Sigma and then Kappa.... but on a guy, nothin compares to a Sigma Chi or a Pike :)

I'd have to say the sexiest letters to see on a man are sigma and pi

Sr Sleazy 06-20-2003 12:49 AM

SigEp is a sex symbol

it's something about the Sig in it, and the Ep at the end.

Ummmm.... guys, can we please NOT turn this into a bashing thread?
Thank you.

LeslieAGD 06-22-2003 10:03 AM

Personally, I think three letter GLOs look nicer on us ladies...otherwise we have a letter on each boob!
(sorry DZ, SK, PM, etc!)

Lol!! Yeah we do sometimes have that problem. :p

And scuse me SigEpStud while you go f*&^ yourself. Don't talk shit about my sorority just because one of my sisters is very rude. It does not reflect on the other hundreds of chapters.

I seem to recall somebody else talking trash about another org. I'm sure there are less than appealing Gamma Phi sisters to some people, but everybody is found beautiful by at least one person.

At my last school, I thought SigEp was overall the most attractive. Sigma Pi and Delta Sig also had a few cuties. Lots of ladies liked AGR and FH, and they had a few cuties but I just don't dig men in Carhartts. New school, haven't had full exposure yet, but am loving all the SigEps I've seen, and met a cute Kappa Sig who gave me directions somewhere. :)

yo, you have to realize that every chapter of an organization is different at every school...I'm sure some of those best chapters at my school may be some of the worst at some of yours...its not rude, its true

Your posts were rude. Luckily, you're the only ugly Phi Mu on here...and I don't even know what you look like.

You should practice what you preach - I saw a lot of GLOs posted that weren't attractive at my school - SO WHAT??!? We were talking about ones that were.

PhiMuJulia 06-23-2003 12:10 AM

i just didn't like the cockiness of yeah my frat's the hottest, that annoys me

HotDamnImAPhiMu 06-23-2003 03:01 AM

Please, let's try to remember that we all have members of our groups we're not proud of. Don't judge us by our weakest member!

PM_Mama00, baby, you're beautiful... don't let the girl get you down. We have a saying at my school.... "The ones who don't belong weed themselves out."

MoxieGrrl 06-23-2003 08:56 AM

Regarding having two letters as opposed to three......

When I first started learning about sororities, I thought only having two letters meant that you were a "junior" sorority or something. Hee!

My very first sorority encounters were on college visit day at Bradley, with some Chi Os and KDs. I thought 3 letter sororities were weird after that...it was funny, a GPhiB and a an Alpha Chi walked into to the room and my friend and I both said "Why do they think they need three letters?" ;)

ha ha!! Don't forget that there is also alpha Kappa Delta Phi (with 4 lettters!!) They're non NPC. I think the alpha is a lower case alpha (sort of a loop, lying on its side).

*sigh*
Haven't you noticed this thread was meant to be fun, including the concept of no bashing other orgs? In other posts by other GCers there isn't -any- other bashing, except for yours. Be nice please :)

Oh don't worry, I love all the other Phi Mu's! Come to think of it, we're going to send a letter to your HQ hopefully soon about maybe colonizing here.

HotDamnImAPhiMu 06-23-2003 01:59 PM

Yaaaay! another Phi Mu colony.... how exciting!

GC is really an excercise in remembering not to judge a whole group by one bad apple...... God bless GC!

Yes it is! Luckily y'all have so many sweet girls that we can overlook the crazies. :) I love Phi Mu, it has such a rich history.

HotDamnImAPhiMu 06-23-2003 02:08 PM

and I am such a huge Gamma Phi Beta fan! I even ran into one of your sisters at the dog park here in Richmond... I wanted so bad to run up to her and say, "You're a GPB?! That's GREAT!!" but stopped myself, because...... well......... you know. I'm not a sister, and I don't really know what the poor girl would have been able to say after I ENTHUSIASTICALLY voiced my approval!

Oh I'm that weird. I was at the Marquette Alpha Phi house studying with my friend (a non-Phi who lives there) and a bunch of the sisters came home and I burst out "I'm a Gamma Phi Beta from Platteville and I just wanted to let y'all know that I think Alpha Phi is great!" They were kind of taken aback but thought it was cute, and they were also impressed at my Phi/fee knowledge. :)

yay for ohio chapters! i hope they take a good long look at you all...i was told they are really trying to make ohio strong...5 chapters and an expected recolonization in 2004 so far! if they recolonize there i may be in one of the nearest alumnae groups so i could potentially meet you.

tkeos443 06-23-2003 03:17 PM

I personally believe that Phi , Sigma, and Alpha are darn sexy, In a side note Tau, Kappa and Epislon are damn sexy too

HotDamnImAPhiMu 06-24-2003 02:13 AM

Geeky, we would totally get along. All this time I thought it was just me.

Nope, I think it's a lot of people. :) It's weird too, I'll see a girl wearing letters from an under-represented GLO in Wisconsin and I'll want to say "You're a Phi Mu? That's great, where at?" It's really fun to go to the malls around here, a lot of people wear letters now. I was at GAP a couple months ago and a women who was maybe 30 or so was wearing an ADPi Advisory Board (something like that) fleece and she saw my lavalier as we were waiting in line and asked me where I was a Gamma Phi.

Heh, you just reminded me of something...lol..

Everytime I'm up in Athens (I have to go there about 1-2 times a week, it's only 45 min's away if you drive slow ;) )I'm tempted to go to the Phi Mu house and start asking, "Are you OUlioness01?, How about you?" etc.. :D

firecracker109 06-26-2003 10:36 PM

Well, I personally think that xi, psi, and sigma are sexy, but the sexiest out of all greek letters has to be the Alpha and the Phi ( especially when put together;) )

At first I wasnt sure what school you went to...i assumed it was FIU b/c of your post on the whole brothel issue...

but since UM does not have a Phi Mu chapter and FIU does I am guessing that you also attend FIU.

To say the least, I know this is not going to turn into a flame thread...but i am BOILING mad at your comment

LET ME SAY:

You wanna talk about "MOOOOOO???" at least come up with something a little more CREATIVE!

ALSO, as a sister of Phi Mu i think i speak for my entire chapter and organization when i say you wouldnt know a REAL woman if she slapped you in the face.

I am holding my tounge immensly but the words i wish to speak would be unbecoming of a LADY and mostly a PHI MU.

Its funny that you and your brothers talk so much shit, when a bunch of them have and still date Phi Mu's. MANY of the alums from your chapter and mine are now married, Tina and her SigEp husband Allan just had thier first baby.

May i ALSO remind you...which sorority busted thier ass to WIN 1st place in GREEK WEEK 2 years back, and WON with little help from your brothers, yet you were still there living in the glory...

ALSO...may i remind you who WON lipsync almost every year...

AND which fraternity was asking to do homecoming with us, when we said we were going to do it with PIKE.

SO MR "SIGEP STUD" (which i highly doubt)
BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SAY SOMETHING THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT...
USE YOUR BRAIN AND THINK A LITTLE

Id appreciate it if you did not talk so badly upon the sisters who are my family...and ID ALSO APPRECIATE it if you didnt talk so badly about the SORORITY that is my home..

Phi MU is better than you know.

GoodDay!

tkeos443 07-03-2003 12:11 AM

good......I am so glad to see strong women
