oooh oooh! Can't wait to see Open Range when it comes out. I love Westerns and I this one looks awesome. I saw a new commercial for it today on cable and it looks very dramatic and almost old school. The plot seems to be all about honor and personal rights and independence (and of course action scenes).

I can't wait to see UPTOWN GIRLS!!! It's applicable to me, I can relate to Britney Murphy's character. I love the trailer for it-- they have the best tag lines, and I especially love the part when

Dakota Fanning says: "Grown-ups don't stay friends with kids."
Britney: "I don't see any grown-ups here."
Dakata: "I do."

saw a new commerical for Open Range on tv this weekend. Very dramatic -- had that music from Glory that I love so much. This is going to be an awesome end-of-summer movie. Glad to see Kevin Costner is back doing what he's best at.

Yeah I am looking foward to SWAT. It looks like a cool movie, I am big fan of cop movies. I still haven't seen Bad Boys II yet, I really want to see that.

Uptown Girls definately looks fun....I also want to see Anything Else when it comes out...which is sometime next month I think...hadn't heard much of the movie, but I caught a trailer and was laughing my head off at Christina Ricci when she was asked out to dinner...you gotta see it to know what I mean, but seriously....its gotta hit home with any girl.....

Just have to say, I saw Bend It Like Beckham last weekend (video release) and loved it, and I saw Matchstick Men in the theaters on Wednesday and loved it too, but there was a preview at the MM movie and has Russell Crowe in it (I'm not a huge fan of his, but...) and it looks awesome! Not sure about the premise of it or the actual title, but he's on a ship in the ocean surrounded by men and it looks like he's getting attacked by pirates maybe :confused: May have to do some more investigating, but I think it comes out either mid November or December.

Yeah, they're doing a sequel. Not exactly sure when it'll be out but I can't wait!

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason started filming in London this past weekend and is set to be released in 2004 (hopefully by summer!).

The Alamo - just saw the trailer the other day when I went to see Under the Tuscan Sun. It looks like it has some great action scenes. And it comes out on Christmas Day...a good thing to do after the festivities die down at my house.

The new Angelina Jolie movie looks good too, don't know the name though.

The new Angelina movie is called "Beyond Borders". I want to see "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". When I first heard they were doing a remake I thought it would be stupid, but the trailer for it looks good.
