why do i have this feeling that trista is kind of doing the whole 'aaron' thing or whoever dumped her? this is sad. i can't even remember the name of the first bachelorette.

the whole show is who can get more airplay.

I've never actually seen the show, but I've switched over once or twice and caught the tail end during the credits and is it me, or are the guys always hammered during the credits of the show?

Well, Russ needed to go. I found him kind of interesting, but he creeped me out with all of his "You and I are meant to be together" talk.

She's going to pick Charlie. I have no doubt. Ryan is my favorite and I absolutely LOVE him and think he's like the second most awesome guy on the planet, but she's going to pick Charlie. I like Ryan better, but I really think that Charlie and Trista are much better together. I could see that relationship actually working.

BTW, I'm sure everyone has heard by now that Aaron and Helene's engagement is officially off? I guess they're having some tv special where they will reveal the reasons why things didn't work out for them. Hm, maybe it has something to do with the fact that they saw each other like twice after the show ended?

Ryan is totally cute... but almost TOO sappy. I might start to feel claustrophobic if I dated him!

Of the two guys left, Ryan is my top choice. Russ was stalker material, and you could tell at the end that his ego was SO crushed!!!!! It was actually embarassing to watch him try to blame her and talk his way out of the pain...Loser.

Charlie was very cute on the beach, with that hair loose and not all gel'd up! I love that natural look in men. But at dinner, he looked like a mafioso boss....ICK!

I think this is a really interesting thing to watch: men being the rejectees. They actually are seeing what it's like and it sucks! Maybe some men may think about how they act now....

I'm not saying ALL men act any particular way, just that men may not be used to being on this side of the coin...

On a serious note, I would like for her to choose Ryan, but my gut instinct is that she will choose Charlie. That's how things were for the Bachelor II series. I wanted him to choose Brooke, but knew he'd choose Helene.

The reunion was great! I loved Russ and Cowboy-boy (can't remember his name) getting busted. And how about the new, shapely Bob? rawr! If I were single I'd be on the next plane out to Michigan.

So how long ago was the show filmed? And did anyone else realize that each of the episodes took place day after day? I thought they were there a couple weeks, but the one guy said just 6 days....

It was Russ who said he spent "six days" with her. That is once a week for six weeks. Each episode covers a one week period. Think about it, if each episode covered a day a piece, each in sequence, how is it that Trista could have visited three of the guys' families for dinner spread throughout the U.S. in a day? :p I remember in last week's episode one of the guys said something about "seeing you once a week." Hope that clears things up for you. :)

I was rooting for Bob from day one! :D Is it me or his chubbiness was awfully cute and he was just so lively and humorous! I like that in a guy, but WOW he was looking mighty hot on the show last night!! :D

I work tomorrow night so I will have to record the "first interview together," but I am so happy for them! I know that they will live a long and very happy life together! Awww, happy tear!

I know I was definitely shocked. What makes me happy about his "victory" is that it proves that nice guys DO WIN!!!!!!!! MEN, WE WANT NICE, SWEET GUYS!!!!! Charlie seemed to have too much brawn, and Ryan was just sweet and easy to be with....That's what we want....Well, most of us. I would never assume to speak for all women...

I watched with 10 of my sisters, and when Charlie got out of the limo first we started screaming, because every Bachelor/Bachelorette had the one who didn't get picked go first. We were crying when Ryan asked Trista to marry him. it was wonderful.

YES, he has a brother about 2 years younger. They look so much alike the interviewer said they could pass for twins. I think Ryan is a tad bitbetter looking. Anyway, they set him up with rejected "Brooke" from The Bachelor.

I admit I haven't been watching the show since the beginning. I was at a friend's last night who watches the Bacholerette religiously. I got really into it. Ryan is so cute although I wouldn't have minded being married to either one of them. ;)
I really want to see the update on Helene and Aaron that's on tonight. Too bad I have class tonight and I have a test in that class so I can't skip. :(

I watched the special tonight. I just have to say that Charlie was so classy during his interview. He wasn't in love, and watching the show he realized that Ryan and Trista were in love. Where are these men in Virginia Beach? I am glad to see that gentlemen still exist!!!

As for Helene and Aaron...I knew it wasn't going to last. I am not sure who I side with more, but she certainly is hurt. He just looked heartless in some parts of his interview. Either way, I was rooting for Brooke.

I also think that Charlie was very classy when he spoke during the special tonight. Both Charlie and Ryan are awesome guys, and I liked Charlie from day one, but I also fell in love with Ryan during the show!;)

Charlie will make someone very happy one day, just like Ryan is making Trista very happy. I actually truly feel like their engagement will work out.

As for Aaron and Helene, i dont know what to say about that. I agree with Aaron looked heartless, but like he said, he has been dealing with this for months now. We all know how forward and pushy Helene seemed to be on the show. It was like "pick me, or I will dropout of the show". So, we really dont know how she was acted towards him as well. He even said that he loved this woman and felt nothing in return. Even during the show, it looked like he was so into her, but i didnt think she really felt the same way he did. I dont know, just my opinion.

I also saw Good Morning America today and saw Ryan's brother. They do look like they could be twins, but his nose is different and Ryan is definitely the cuter one. Its cute that they set him up with Brooke from the Bachelor II. We'll see how that works out.

If you missed the finale of the Bachelorette last night and didnt tape it, they will re-air it Monday night. I dont know if you will get the full two hours, but definitely the last hour.

Does anyone know what's coming up next? The Bachelor III, or the Bachelorette II? I would personally like to see the Bachelorette II because it seems like a woman who is doing the picking does some wiser decisions! j.k guys- but I do agree that the Bachelorette's engagement will truly work!

did anybody see the Bachelorette and her boy on Jimmy Kimmel last night? It was hilarious. Jimmy started off the interview by telling the guy that his poetry made him "physically ill." And after Trista said that the guy would stay in Colorado while she looked for a showbiz job, Jimmy told them he was sure they would break up just like the other Bachelor couples. It was pretty funny to see someone actually have an interview with her and not kiss her ass the whole time.

I missed the Helene and Aaron interviews because of work...what happened? Can anyone clue me in? Is is another women? Damn, I wish I saw it!!

I saw that! He cracked me up. "You and your poetry make me physically ill!" :p Janeane Garofalo was laughing so much. Ryan said that it made his friends physically ill, too! :p He was a good sport. He looks like he's in love.

I really felt bad for Helene. I couldn't bear to watch the interview because she was so hurt and upset.

Aaron and Helene - I have mixed feelings. I kept thinking "Venus versus Mars" since they each interpreted a situation, like looking at another couple versus ogling the girl.

Also, I am probably wrong. But I wonder how much of Helene was "made for TV' tears. I didn't hardly watch the original BII shows so I don't know much about her, only perceptions I've read about her here and other places.

As for Trista and co.., I truly hope it works out with her and Ryan. That would be funny to think 1 girl got it while 2 guys didn't, lol.
