I FINALLY GOT A NEW JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

Yep, I finally got offered a new job. It is a full-time job (like I have been seeking) and the pay is a lot better than what I am getting at Target. I will continue to work at Target 3 nights a week (total is 15 hrs a week). Two of those nights will probably be Saturday and Sunday, so it won't be all that bad. I will still be taking 13 hrs in school, but it should not be all that bad. I will be so busy I won't have time to think about how crazy things are. :p Just thought I would share my joy with you all!!!! This full-time job means I will definitely be able to save up enough to go back to St. Mary's this summer. Yippee Skippee!!!!!!!! I'M GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

No idea why this wasn't bumped up, but I will go ahead and bump it up so that all of you can know of my wonderful news!! :D

Thank ya, thank ya! Today went well. The only bad thing was that I fell asleep a few times. :D I did not get any sleep last night and was soooo tired! I have my own office, two computers just for me, my own phone line, the whole works. I left my office door open and I face the door way so I am hoping that nobody passed by and saw me, especially my boss who's office is right next door to mine!! :eek: I think it's bed time for me though. I'm tiiiiiired! :D

I can't wait until tonight, because it's ALIAS night! I am so addicted to this show, and after last week's episode I'm going to clear out my entire social calendar on Sunday nights so I don't miss it. I hope we're back from Regional Conference in time for me to catch it next Sunday! I'd tape it, but I'm a spaz and I can't figure out how to run my VCR. :D

I am addicted to only certain shows... "West Wing" and and "first Monday" but since the ignorant fools at CBS took it off i have become addicted to this new show "Mister Sterling" , because ladies lets face it Josh Brolin is one hot guy! But I am now starting to get hooked on "Alias". Sidney is my new hero! she kicks butt like no other.

Do you guys have a J Jill store near you?It is the most wonderful store. I got a cashmere sweater there today for $40.It had been clearanced down from $120. I love finding a good bargain.They have good quality classic clothing that is very moderately priced.

Nope, no J. Jill store near here, but I do receive their catalog. In fact, I received one a couple of weeks ago and already have a shopping list. ;)

I never ordered anything from J. Jill when I lived in the US (though I always wanted to). I wonder if they deliver to Canada...

I love ordering from J. Crew. There isn't a store where I am from, but I look forward to receiving their catalogs. I love their stuff. :) I am also a little addicted to online shopping and frequent their website, along with www.gap.com and www.bananarepublic.com far too often. :D

I am finally getting rid of my night job.I am so happy.woohoo.
I gave an extended notice last saturday.I told my manager I would work up until May 14th or however long it would take her to hire and train somone else.She was good to me personally and I didn't want to leave her in a lurch.I told her that I would also help out if she needed a sub or seasonally or during inventory. I know that May is a long time off but it feels like I lost 20 lbs.

Rach, I know somewhere deep down, inside of you doesn't want to leave. ;) This is such good news. I am so happy for you! I know you've been waiting for this for a while now. :) Yay! Happy dance, happy dance.

I am almost 100% positive that I will be back at St. Mary's in a few weeks. You all do not understand my excitement! It's been a year now that I've been gone and I am sooooo ready to get back!!! :D Wish me the best!

What in the name of all that is sane,possessed me to say that I would be able to move in 3 weeks!:eek: I work 65 hours a week between my 2 jobs.I am going to quit at Radio Shack;my last day being May 14th.That is 3 days before I am scheduled to move.What was I thinking?

This weekend a large group of us, along with some of the guys from one of the fraternity's we hang out with, went down to Acuña, Mexico. :) It was one of our girls' birthday's, so as her birthday surprise, we took her. :D Everybody had an awesome time. We made some friends from College Station, as well as Kerrville (a town about an hour from San Antone). We got back to San Antonio about 8am Sunday morning. Everybody agreed we needed to go back soon. :)

I went with them on Saturday to Acuna and it was soooo much fun we can't stop talking about it. SATX APHI kept singing and dancing CHIUAHA :D it was totally funny!!! I move into the dorms in like six days and I haven't even started packing yet so I need to get on the ball because I have to work the rest of the week which wont leave me much time to get everything I want packed without leaving something behind!!! I am excited to start school again but I am taking 18 hours and am VP of Program Development and VP of Internal Affairs for NPC so I have a lot on my plate but I must say I have to put Alpha Phi third (family and school being one and two) this semester because I need to make sure I'm graduating on time!!! :cool: Hopefully I can handle all of these I'm sure I can!!! I have a hair appointment tommorrow :D which means the roots aren't going to show anymore!!! :cool: Love you all!!!

My big just told me she saw Alpha Phi's on The Price Is Right this morning. :) She said there were about ten girls and they had a sign that said "Alpha Phi loves Bob and Rob." :D Oh, and one of the girls won about $6,000. Hehe

That girl who won the money should really donate it to the Alpha Phi Foundation don't you think??? Just kidding!!! :p I want to be on Price is Right but doesn't that remind you SATX APHI about when we went to see the Spurs and we carried that sign APHI loves the Spurs!!! Kinda cool huh?? :cool:

We did come out in the paper. ;) Oh, and yeah. The posters are still in my trunk, along with a jump rope and other various items!! :eek: ;)

I love target, I could spend all day and night there. There is one right up the road from my apartment and I always stop in.

We start classes tomorrow and I really don't want to. Its my last year as an undergrad so its kinda emotional

Good news is that I got engaged recently and got to have an awesome "i love you" dinner with my Sorority Guardian Angel, Meredith Price (guardian angels right you notes and give you gifts while you are pledging and you guess who they are after initation) We had sushi and stuffed ourselves full of girl talk.

I have two dogs which are the best things ever. Isabelle is a 9 pound mini dapple dachshund and Layla is a small half dachshund/poodle. She is long like a dachshund but has soft wire hair.

My brother and his wife announce at thanksgiving there having a baby...( finally married 6 yrs and got off ther fence... Christmas day they announce there not having A baby there having twins......
