Any results on the election yet? Or are we going to be waiting for a month while they hand count all the ballots :rolleyes:

I don't vote because I don't like keeping up the illusion that my opinion matters.

If Rendell and Knoll (D) win (as they should, they've had a double digit lead the whole campaign), the first woman lt. gov. of PA will be Catherine Baker Knoll- who is also my third cousin! (my grandmother's first cousin- i think that makes her my 3rd cousin?). So I think that's pretty neat.

But if the Rep. win, Mike Fisher will be gov. His daughter is a KD, and is active in our alumnae association, also graduated from my law school two years ago and is working for a firm in Pittsburgh.

It's been a nasty gubernatorial battle in PA.....
