Disney Channel has a similar rule. Their rule is after 65 episodes, the show is a wrap. It sucks too because I miss Even Stevens. |

Their rationale is that the show's quality won't go downhill. It leaves people wanting more of the same.
Especially on Disney where the kids grow up. A 16 year old Raven or Lizzie living at home it cuter than a 23 year old Raven or Lizzie living at home. Also as the audience for the show matures they lose interest. well this applies to Disney moreso. Characters should evolve and change just like kids do in real life. With UPN I think that they just don't wanna pay actors big money. So you lock em in for Five years contigent upon ratings and what could a person do? Can't wrangle and hold out for a million per episode like they did on Friends. |

Typical ending. Saying that I am disappointed would be an understatement....
|
I would have told the Professor to KMA!!
|
Just like I knew it would end. That guy Johnny I am gonna call the closer. He closer both Living Single and the Parkers.

I'm upset....
I missed the finale of The Parkers. Does anybody know if they re-run the same episode on a different day? Just from the previews, though, I can tell that Nikki thinks twice about marrying Johnny. OOOOOHHHH!!! She bet' not!!

Now see I was going to watch the show but I knew it was going to be predictable. So I watched the Swan!

I THOUGHT their sorority sister was going to be preggers for Johnny. THAT would have been a pleasant twist to what we had predicted. BOOOOOOOOOOOO! Kim sang my wedding song though (at the end)! :D |
From the moment that the Professor was talking to himself in the mirror, I was going boo hiss, because even though I knew they were going to marry Stanley and Nikki off, I still didn't want it to happen.........so again BOO.....HISSSSSSSS
|
The ending was very predictable and therefore disappointing. I knew that Nikki was gonna go through the wedding in the attempts to rid herself of Professor.
|
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
1. SHAQUAN  2. Pregnant siddity sorority sister  3. The Professor 4. Kim's dress 5. Nikki marrying that pound puppy looking so and so. |

I skipped a pedicure to watch a most disappointing series finale.

Me,too! She was a big old FOOL after he gave her his behind to kiss so many times. Heck, he was even still calling her MS. Parker. I guess desperation can make us sistas do crazy things....Good thing the show has gone off the air because I couldn't have stood watching them married after all the crap he put her through.

Yeah I might have had to really boycott it if there was a honeymoon ep and life with the Ogilvies. . .the way he kissed her just did not speak of passion at all. |
Nail on the head

I thought this episode was so predictable. And, How can Kim run her own business when she doesn't have common sense? |
Re: Nail on the head

she just gonna make the clothes. Stevie will handle the business. |

W-A-C-K!
what a terrible series finale. really, it was wiggidy wack! |
ITA, WACK is the WORD?!!!
That messy episode is gonna have 'some' women thinking "after I stalk, stalk, and stalk a man he might just fall in love with me after all!" What has happened to some good courting, when the MAN shows interest and tries to woo the WOMAN?????? Guess I'm just a little ole fashioned, and nothings wrong with letting a man know your interested(I've done it), but dizam! LOL @ the pound puppy remark. |
